I booked this hotel bcos of location. The rooms are not sound proof, the guests who stayed next to our room were talking n laughing the whole night till the early hours of the morning . Only one elevator was working and the cleaners, hotel guests checking in and checking out with large luggages all have to take turns to use the elevator!!!

Had a really great experience here at CitizenM. The place was unique, chique, and modern. With all the extra tools they provide like their mobile room controller you can personalize the room to your liking. The lobby is very interactive with accessible board games, lounge area and bar. Highly recommended!

There's a Target store right next door! It's extremely close to Pike Place Market and also very close to the subway station. If you're worried about getting lost, you can ask the staff beforehand. The staff said you don't need to carry your luggage yourself; they'll come down and help you with it. The staff even helped me with my luggage when I left! đŸ‘đŸ»

The hotel is in a great location. It is clean, up to date, and convenient to travelers. The hotel has $62 valet parking, but because of its great location, you can also find street parking right next to the hotel. It is a walking distance to pretty much everything downtown, you can even walk to the Space Needle. Will come back again in the future.

I really liked the room layout; the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom all looked very clean. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but the American-style options were quite tasty. The neighborhood where the hotel is located felt very safe, and it wasn't far to walk to the light rail and supermarket. The only downsides were the noise: one was from cars speeding outside, and the other was a strange sound from the indoor air conditioning. Overall, it's still a very good hotel!

It was okay, nothing special. The location is good and convenient for getting around, with plenty of shops nearby. It's a recommended choice for tourists due to the easy transportation. The hotel is relatively new, but the facilities are just average.

Stayed for 3 nights. The room is compact but fits a 28” suitcase. It’s very clean and well-stocked with an iron, hairdryer, and various USB ports. No slippers/toothbrush, but the floor and overall room are spotless. Staffs are helpful, offering late checkout (12 PM) and luggage storage. Free parking and 24/7 coffee/tea are a plus. Breakfast is only banana, orange, cereal bar - all same daily. Free bottled water on day one along with a grab-and-go breakfast, which was perfect for my busy mornings. However, it’s unclear why the water wasn't provided on the following days. Amazing location to all attractions, especially just a block behind The Sphere. I read a review as my concern of noise at night, but it’s peaceful than I thought. Only outside people voices from time to time. Though there is a train passed the hotel, it’s not operated at night. Overall, a peaceful and convenient stay - great value for money!

I didn't realize this was attach to The Virginia mason hospital so there was a wheelchair in the hallway and also medical staff was going through the hotel as well. It was a fair place to stay but wouldn't recommend a leisure stay.

Sheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining. The room is spacious for four of us with enough space to open our luggage and we did not feel cramped. On a higher floor, we had a nice city view. The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks, a wine bar, restaurants, and fitness center/pool. We arrived in the early morning and was lucky to get an early check-in. The staff we encountered was nice and helpful and we had a good experience overall. The hotel charges a destination fee that offers $20 dining credit to use in bar/Starbucks/selected restaurants and $10 Uber credit. Maybe because most people spend their $20 credits on Starbucks, the line was very long in the morning (~20 minutes). I would suggest going earlier or later to avoid the long line.

The hotel is right next to the I-5 highway, so rooms facing the highway can be quite noisy. The rooms are pretty standard, comparable to a 3-star hotel in China, so don't expect too much. Hotels of the same brand usually have a higher rating in China, which is a common phenomenon. Parking was tight; the underground garage was completely full when we returned at night. We had to get permission from the front desk to park in a handicapped spot. It's about a 10-minute walk to Pike Place Market, which is quite convenient. The city is very hilly, like San Francisco, so walking around can be tiring.

KKira BallingerWent as a solo traveler. The room was very clean & hipster chic. The food at the attached Ben Paris restaurant was great! Everyone who worked there was incredibly nice & very helpful. Walking distance to so many great Seattle attractions: ferries, the Seattle Art Museum, Pikes Market, Under the Streets tour as well The Can Can Can Culinary Cabaret. The only drawback is the parking - like most older big city hotels there is no attached parking structure. The paid parking structure ($10-$32/day) is about 1 city block down from the hotel and is a bit sketchy if you are coming/ going at really late/early hours. All in all I would really recommend this hotel! I really enjoyed my stay there!

PPeelyFabulous find! I In the perfect place on Pioneer square. Excellent price, and free upgrade to king size room. Amazing complimentary breakfast. Staff are so friendly helpful and welcoming and the front desk is always open. Catch the Link light Rail from the car park at Seattle Tacoma airport and it’s only 3 dollars each to get down to Pioneer Square! When you exit the train station look down the road towards the ferry port and you can see the hotel at the bottom on the left!

JJohanna ChevrierWhen we first got there, we arrived at the room and the toilet wasn’t working, so they quickly changed our room and made sure that everything was in working order before we left. Super nice staff, helpful. Location is okay. Lots of sirens and homeless community, but they make sure doors are locked for safety.

FFrancoThe location is super good, right next to the market and within walking distance. The hotel environment is also very good and quite comfortable. As long as you understand the tipping culture in the United States, you will have an enviable surprise when you check in.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, very close to the subway station, Pike Place Market, the Chihuly Garden and Glass, other museums, and Pacific Place, all within a 10-minute walk. The room was quite spacious, and the facilities were decent. Housekeeping cleaned daily and changed towels, but the sheets weren't changed during my 5-day stay. Perhaps because it's winter, it felt like there weren't many guests, and the staff seemed a bit understaffed. The air conditioning had some issues, and it took two calls before someone came to fix it. However, overall I was satisfied, and it offers great value for money. It's suitable for family travel.

GGuest UserThe room is quite good and new, and the location is good to walk to eat lobster rolls. The only bad point is that parking is very troublesome. The hotel does not have a parking lot. It can be valet parking, but because it is a traffic light on the street, it is easy to miss, or there are too many cars and there is no place to park, it will be very troublesome.

QQuentin FernandezDown the hill from downtown Seattle so expect a walk/uber in to the city if you’re going that way. Also no fan in bathroom which kind of sucked and the TV wasn’t working. Otherwise, next to the water which was really nice. ALSO $100 a night deposit for up to $500 for 5 nights+ so be aware.

GGuest UserIt's located halfway between the Space Needle and Pike Place, and you can walk to both, so it's very convenient. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have all the amenities. The room I stayed in was connected to the next room by a door (it was locked and couldn't be opened), and it was noisy as the room next door was rattling around trying to open it. Breakfast is nothing cooked at the hotel, just refrigerated burgers, bread, yogurt, Boiled* and fruit from Costco. There are cafes in the area that are open from morning, so we recommend eating breakfast somewhere other than the hotel.

CCharleneThe rooms were very clean n well maintained. However, the room was only clean after 7days. Although they did stock up towels and other amenities. It might be better if the rooms could be clean every 4 days. The gym, indoor/outdoor swimming pool and basketball court were wonderful. The kitchen set up was very good as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wholefood supermarket is just 5mins away. Will definitely stay there again.
