A rustic hotel with a unique ambience. It's conveniently located near Pioneer Square in Downtown Seattle within walking or short car or bus ride of many sights and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is good and the lounge sometimes has excellent live music.

Exceptionally clean and well appointed hotel rich in history. The owners have fully embraced this building's historical value and preserved it in every way. Gorgeous architecture and fantastic written history. Caitlyn at the front desk is a treasure. So friendly, welcoming, gracious and helpful. From answering my questions over the phone to arranging our early morning cab Caitlyn was the perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism. The hotel has highly visible and very polite security staff, attentive serving staff and friendly housekeeping personnel. The included breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh fruits, hot selections and CLEAN!!! We walked with luggage from King St Station, be advised Seattle is full of steep streets! If you are looking for excellent value, where you are an appreciated and valued guest this should be your choice.

The room was a refreshing change of pace from normal mega corp hotel chains. I and my partner enjoyed the decor, special touches, the whirlpool bath, and especially the comfy bed! The hotel bar had delicious drinks and a great ambiance. The free breakfast was hot, delicious, and better than the usual fare. We'll definitely be coming back here!

Great location within walking distance to stadiums and Pioneer Square. Excellent complimentary breakfast and fantastic rooms. Would recommend this hotel in this part of downtown Seattle. A shout out to Lonnie the valet for his great service and amazing attitude.

We enjoyed our stay at this historic hotel. We enjoyed the decor and deep wood paneling in the lobby and restaurant. The breakfast was excellent.

Excellent hotel, perfectly clean, awesome bar, awesome food. Great atmosphere and plenty of seating areas for meetings. Love the rooms and the staff is so friendly. Ilana was especially welcoming and friendly, had a small issue and she immediately went above and beyond to assist. Will be staying here every time we come to Seattle.

The old look to the hotel was awesome. Air conditioning was a nice addition. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was awesome. We stayed on the 10th floor and the room was perfect. We used the valet and the valet staff were awesome. All the staff from the front desk to the bar tender to the valet were pleasant. Room was very clean and spacious. Will definitely stay again and recommend.
