Popular Schaumburg 4-star Hotels

The Convention Center and hotel are set in beautifully landscaped grounds, with acres of free parking. The decor in the public spaces is elegant, comfortable, and timeless. Digital check-in worked flawlessly and we had no need to speak to staff during our stay, using the digital key in the Marriot app to access the room. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Our disappointment started at around 1am, with a persistent vibration in the walls of the bathroom, loud enough to wake us. Fortunately it only lasted for 15 minutes or so. When we took our showers the next morning we thought at first there was no hot water, but after around 5 or 6 minutes the tepid stream became slowly warmer - and the nooise in the walls returned in earnest! At one point the pipe noise exceeded 72 Db according to my phone, and changed depending on how we had the tub faucet set. The vibration through the walls was fairly intense!

I absolutely will never stay here again. It’s a terrible hotel. Absolutely out of date. The pool was down and I had a “me” night looking forward to swimming by myself with none of my family around and it was closed for maintenance. There was a red stain on the wall looks like blôöd. I did post a pic but I don’t know if it’s going to show. The tv is slow as all heck. It took forever for it to respond and they don’t have a guide to see what the options are. They don’t have room service even though the site said it does. No tea in the room however there is coffee for those who drink. The room is definitely lacking any current style. The elevators button has to be pressed 3 times on the 3rd floor. They were also running low on the great warm cookies everyone is accustomed to receiving while checking in. I got a vegan one. No hate to those and glad they can accommodate but come on. Not even the thing you are known for? The phone was so old it was funny. For a busy hotel you would think they would sink some funds into to actually accommodate ppl while traveling or having a person night out. I am pressing the guide button to bring up the channel options in the picture of the remote and the tv. Notice it says unavailable.

Great location. Across from Woodfield Mall lots of retail and food options in and around. Great staff, lots of amenities.

The room is good, no smell, the hotel is quiet, parking is convenient, there is a bus to the airport but we have no experience with a car. , Breakfast is average, the overall price is very high, the price is not expensive

Satisfied stay in Fairfield Marriott! Breakfast is really delicious! Swimming pool’s water temperature was quite cold. But it was enjoyable

The staff was fabulous, food was really good, and the place was clean! A great location in Schaumburg! Close to everything!! The room was really nice… Only things were that the fridge was noisy at times and the shower occasionally made noises… The fridge didn’t wake us at all though, so we didn’t really mind… The pool was smaller than expected and closed for maintenance/cleaning on a Sunday morning, which I didn’t think was the best timing. Kids were bummed of course as we didn’t get to use them and it’s one of the reasons I picked this hotel… Overall, we would still choose to stay here again should we come back to Schaumburg area…

We had set up a ParkSleepFly to park our car for 2 weeks while we flew out on a trip. The cost was $258. They took us to the airport done well. When we came back from our trip, I called the hotel to send the van to pick us up. The instructions they gave to where we would be picked up behind the Hilton Hotel. My wife and I pulled four bags to where we were directed by Hilton. After not finding that, we were connected directly to the driver by phone. We worked with the driver from the hotel, and we offered an alternative location to meet to us. After 2 hours trying to connection, we realized we needed to go to the hotel. With only one large taxi left, and the driver took advantage. By the time we got to the hotel, the taxi charge was $83.10. The following morning, we met with the hotel Manager. The conversation was cordial. We mutually determined that O'hare had changed the process for where the van should go. That changed occurred during the two weeks we were on vacation. So at the end of the conversation, we mutually concluded that we had done nothing wrong, but it got us in the wrong location, and our efforts to work with the driver did not get us connected. Af the end, we asked that the hotel would pay the $83.10 taxi fee because is wasn't our fault, and the hotel failed to deliver us to the hotel, as required by the ParkSleepFly that we had paid. The manager said that she was not authorized to pay the $83.10.

Hilton Huiting hardware facilities are generally relatively new, and the service management level is relatively stable. The internal facilities are positioned for mid-range family outings, refrigerators, microwave ovens, pots and pans are all available. Parking is free. During the epidemic, breakfast can be taken back to the room or take-out, and arranged on the first floor, convenient to pick up meals, the service is very user-friendly.

I give you this good feedback by comparing it to the various experiences, which is why I gave you my loyalty number. You have the right attitude to give the best service possible. I will always remember the talk we had. You helped me plan my trip nearby and find the best restaurants in the area. It's the personal touch that stays with you, and I have very good memories of my stay at the SpringHill Suite and will tell all my Indian traveling friends to do the same. Thanks once more. We held a 4-day long training event here mid-May. Event staff was fantastic. Food was very good (outside catering company organized by hotel) and everything was right on time. Only complaint would be the a/c in one of the meeting rooms couldn't keep up and in the other room was too 'strong'. As far as guest rooms go, they are definitely ready for a refresh. We had the misfortune of having a large group of kids (travel hockey) the last two nights and parents who must have thought that their group was the only one in the property as they let them run rampant up and down the halls. Took several calls to the front desk and then having to speak directly to the little miscreants sending them back down to their parent's floor to resolve. Otherwise, great location in easy walking distance to several very good restaurants.
