Sapporo Hotels with Pools

This time, my family of three, including my newborn son, went to Sapporo on short notice from Hakodate. Even though we made a reservation on the day, they prepared a nice room for us, which was great. The hotel also had all the facilities and equipment you would expect for a comfortable stay with children, and when I asked the staff for breakfast and dinner, they even prepared baby food for me, which was really helpful. Even preschoolers could enjoy the pool as long as they wore water diapers and swimsuits, and they also had rental swim rings that you could put your feet through, so there was no need to worry about drowning. I'd like to stay here again if I have the chance. Next time I'd like to stay for more than two nights!

The room is quite big for the same type, and the view outside is also good. It is surrounded by a small shopping district, which is very convenient for eating and close to the subway station. The cleaning is very careful.

It's a feast for the senses and the stomach, leaving you fully satisfied and wanting more. Water Paradise: The Water Kingdom Lagoon is a haven for water lovers of all ages. The massive indoor space features various slides, pools, and attractions, providing endless fun and entertainment. Soothing Hot Springs: What's a trip to Jozankei without the hot springs? The hotel boasts vast indoor and outdoor baths, each with its unique charm and atmosphere. Immersing myself in the steaming waters, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, was pure bliss. Delicious Breakfast Spreads: Breakfasts were just as impressive as the dinners, offering a diverse selection of Japanese and Western dishes to fuel your day's adventures. Japanese Charm: I particularly enjoyed the lovely Japanese-style room. The traditional tatami mats, futon bedding, and overall ambiance instantly transported me to another world, enhancing the authentic Japanese experience. Overall: My return to the Jozankei View Hotel was just as fantastic as my first visit. From the delightful buffet meals and incredible water park to the relaxing hot springs and charming Japanese-style rooms, every aspect contributed to a memorable and rejuvenating stay. If you're seeking a luxurious escape with exceptional amenities and a true taste of Japanese hospitality, look no further than the Jozankei View Hotel. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back for a third visit myself!

It might have not been clearly mentioned but there is no air-conditioning provided, only central heating. During my time there, weather was cold out so the room only had 3 levels, low heat, medium heat and high heat. There is no way to sleep in those conditions and it took me a while to realize because the receptionist on the help desk phone did not speak English, so I went down to the lobby past midnight to ask the only staff available. Through some help on google translate and his hand gestures, I was told that I had to leave my windows open to let cold air into the room. This was not explained at any point during the check-in so I guess that's the downside for foreigners wanting to stay here. There's also a hot spring tax you have to pay when you check out. All things considered Jozankei is not a big town so everything is accessible and the hotel is generally comfortable otherwise.
