民宿地理位置還算方便，離南13丁目地鐵大概5-6分鐘路程吧，離大通大通站好像5-6站地鐵。地鐵出來有個tokou 大超市，還有個小的永旺。民宿大概100米的地方有個family便利店，200米有個711，走到大馬路上有些吃飯的地方，有個松屋。相對於市區的酒店，4個人住這個民宿比較寬敞，日本的酒店是出了名小的，而且也按人頭算錢，這個民宿也是按人頭算錢的，感覺挺不合理。我們4個人住了四晚是4700多，如果一個人兩個人就便宜差不多一半，但是房間是被佔用了啊…民宿比不上酒店的最大一點是衞生問題！不是不乾淨，是不夠乾淨。不是標準化清理。被子床單上會有之前客人的頭髮，住民宿就帶一次性床笠被套啥的吧。拖鞋我們也是自己帶的一次性的，有提供一次性牙刷那些。除了這點其他都挺好，畢竟還是便宜不少而且寬敞。地鐵到新札幌站，是新札幌站哦，好像4-5站，然後在新札幌站坐jr去機場沒那麼多人，也近一點，票價也便宜一丟丟。

The room is clean! And it is right at the AEON supermarket exit. The first picture was taken standing at the entrance of AEON supermarket. The left side is the subway station exit, and the advertisement building at 2690 on the right is this store. The lady above her head in the second picture is this hotel, fully self-service check-in. Cleaning is available every day.

The location is very good. From Exit 2 of Jushui Station, go through the supermarket and walk for a while. The opposite is the whole family. Actually, if you do n’t go to the whole family, there are many things to eat in that supermarket. Good environment, free luggage storage, next time I will go back to Sapporo.

The facilities was excellent, it is a little bit far from Sapporo station but there are some bus stop options to go to Sapporo station. The food was nice as well as the price is much cheaper compared to other hotels. I went there during the peak season of the snow festival.

The layout of the room was fashionable, but the dust was terrible. The sofas, cushions and windows were also stained. The remote control of the TV was not able to be paired with the manufacturer different from the TV at all.
However, it was good because I was able to stay cheaply.

→ I could feel oil on the dishes. It seemed like the previous person had eaten something like curry, but it hadn't been washed off.
Other than that, it was generally clean.
Location
→ I didn't have a car, so it was inconvenient that it was far from the station. I understood that point when I used it.

GGuest UserThe house number is too small and cute. The first time I opened the navigation, I didn't find it. Later, a coffee shop lady showed me the way in the snow. I took a closer look and hung a small sign on the wall. It seems to be a small hotel that was changed from a single apartment before. I won't get the key when I check out. Just a Japanese man went downstairs and said he would just put the key in the house. I couldn't find the living room light switch when I entered the door. I called and asked if I could come to see someone. Later, I found the remote control of the light on the coffee table. The soundproofing is not very good. My room is very close to the corridor. Someone went upstairs in the middle of the night. I don't know whose child has been walking around the house from 12 o'clock to midnight. The snoring is very annoying. Consider carefully for those who are sensitive to sound. The equipment is quite complete, there is heating in the house, and the hygiene is not bad. It would be better if there was a kettle. 😅

I'm freer than the hotel.
It was a great accommodation for my big family.
