Sapporo Nishi Ward Hotels

This was my third stay, totaling seven nights. It's more affordable than hotels around Sapporo Station, and the staff were all very kind and helpful. A major plus is being able to go directly from Kotoni Station without stepping outside, which is great on rainy or snowy days. If I ever go to Sapporo again, I'll definitely choose this place.

Had a very wonderful stay at this place. It’s more like a service apartment but the service beats a regular hotel. I had a very small tattoo but desperately wanted to go to an onsen, front office staff ayako-san very kindly offered to help me call the onsen to check. She also recommended another onsen nearer and followed up when she saw me the next day. The room was warm and big, loved the bath system. Do note that they only have a traditional tv, not a smart one.

This hotel isn't in downtown Sapporo, but since we were heading to Teine Ski Resort, it was perfect for a ski trip. The area has great amenities, with a supermarket right next door. It's truly a quiet spot in a lively area. The room size was decent, with a small living room, plenty of space for three people, though four might find it a bit cramped. The beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Check-in is fully self-service via a tablet, which has its pros and cons, but many apartment hotels operate this way now. Our check-in went smoothly, so no issues there. Overall, I'm satisfied. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Since I drove, having a parking lot next door for 800 yen a night was a great deal! 👍

Convenient for transportation just beside JR Kotomi station. The room is long but large. It is not bad to spend with family. Because it is a line, there is a sound and vibration of the train when sleeping, but there was an earplug. I didn't care. There is no bathtub and the shower is small, but there is a super public bath nearby and you can eat, so it is recommended to go to bath. I took a while because I didn't register check-in in advance as in other people's reviews.

It was a room in a beautiful apartment, but it was very easy to live with all the amenities. I would definitely like to use it if I have another chance

建物は、古かったですが、値段と立地を考えると満足です。夜帰って寝るだけだったのですが、ビジネスホテルと比べてとても広く、気分がゆったり出来ました。ただ1つ洗濯機が、乾燥できるかどうか分からず、干す場所も無いので、使わなかった。ベッドも広くてゆったりしてました。また、札幌へ行った時は使いたいと思います。

The room is clean, quiet and soundproof. Environment: good Service: warm Convenient transportation. The staff answered all kinds of questions enthusiastically. The room attendants are serious and clean. It is worth recommending. The accommodation experience is very good.

This time I tried the Apartment for four people. The self-service check-in is very convenient. The environment is spacious and comfortable. The room can accommodate up to six people. The middle living room has a combing and open kitchen. The toilet and bathroom are set up separately. The interior is clean and tidy.

The location is convenient, close to the station and also a supermarket. The kitchenware and utensils are complete, so it's very convenient to cook. There's a fridge, a washer-dryer, and laundry pods, which is a thoughtful touch. The beds, pillows, and quilts were all comfortable and made for a good night's sleep. Our family of five had a wonderful five days here, and it's definitely going into our Hokkaido accommodation shortlist!
