I recently stayed at Hotel Emion Sapporo for 3N, and overall, it was a great experience! The hotel is just a 7-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station, making it very convenient for travellers. There are malls and plenty of shops near the station. It is also located next to the bus terminal, which serves as a gathering area for those who have booked day tours—a major plus for sightseeing.
The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained (almost new), with a modern and welcoming ambience. A convenient feature is the 7-Eleven store linked directly to the hotel, perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials anytime.
A highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet (local), which offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right with a nice view of the falling snow.
The only downside for us was the room layout—we felt there was quite a bit of wasted space that could have been utilized better. However, this didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay.
Despite this minor issue, Hotel Emion Sapporo is a solid choice for those looking for convenience, cleanliness, and quality service in Sapporo. Would definitely recommend it!
Love this hotel! Good location near train station, 711 & lawson just 1 minute walk away. The only thing travellers need to take note is the construction at the train station as there were no clear signage of alternative underground path to the hotel despite there are actually 2. I like it that the hotel provide ice cups, microwave & there is a small working table & chair in the room. A pity that hotel is in the central area but no window view at my level or unit. 1 main issue is the lift is quite slow, do expect a 1-3 mins waiting time. But overall still satisfied with the stay & will defintely be back here again if i ever visit Sapporo!

I stayed for 4 nights, and the soundproofing was excellent. The mattress was just the right level of firmness, and every night when I returned to the hotel, I used the hot spring bath package. I’ve stayed here twice before and didn’t get the breakfast package either time. It’s not like some places that stand out for their amazing seafood or sashimi, but it wins in having a bit of everything and being well-balanced.
Excellent location as this hotel is around 5 min (around 500m) walk to JR Sapporo station. If you are looking for very close to Susukino area, this hotel may be slightly far from Susukino.
The room is modern and clean which is very important in my opinion, hope they can keep the great room condition for as long as they can.
Front office staffs are very helpful, I have booked two twin rooms, they tried thier best to put our two rooms next to each other, the only down thing is communicating in English, they have to use translater to communicate with us.
Apart from that, very happy with our stay and highly recommended.
Will definitely come back if visit Sapporo again.
Conveniently located. 5-min walk from North Exit of Sapporo Station. If you take the underpass from station, exit 9 of the underpass is just opposite to the hotel. Seicomart is only one block away - easy to get snacks and drinks.
The hotel itself is not new, so you can expect the interior is a bit traditional. The breakfast is the highlight of stay - pretty good choice of food that can feed adults and children.
The location is perfect if you have a morning flight. There is a shuttle bus to send you to airport. Breakfast is standard with very little selection on western type. The room is too small and the bathroom is just as big as airplane toilet. The sink and the bath share same water tap. It's just annoying
The room was not that big, it was like just an average hotel in Japan.
There was public bath and also bottled milk vending machine but there were only coffee and fruit flavour left when I went.
The weather of sapporo was announced at the board on the 1st floor.
Convenience store is close to the hotel and also there was nice soup curry restaurant nearby.

The location is very good, just a 1-minute walk from the station. There is a Family Mart next door, so you can buy lunch boxes. The large bath (with a 6-person washing area) on the first basement floor is open until 2:00, so you can use it after work. The free breakfast is also good, but I didn't use it so I don't know about the food.
The room was spacious, and the hot springs and breakfast were great. It's far from the city center, so it's inconvenient if you don't have a car. I wish there were more shuttle buses.

GGuest UserThe room is small, but it is really close to Sapporo Station. Later, I saw this hotel at the exit of Hakodate and Tokyo Station. It is very eye-catching and easy to find. Convenience is an advantage. The first check-in was at 3 o'clock, and the second check-in was changed to 4 o'clock. Check-in is self-service, which is very advanced.
TTeacherbizThe hotel is about 550 meters from JR Sapporo Station. While there aren’t many restaurants nearby, it’s conveniently located right in front of Hokkaido University. The nearest convenience store is Seicomart. Interaction with staff is minimal as check-in and check-out are handled through machines. Breakfast is complimentary, and you confirm your selection via the TV in your room.
However, the Wi-Fi is highly unstable—it frequently disconnects and was completely unavailable for one night during our 4-night stay. Free coffee is available from 3 PM daily. Towels are replaced daily and hung on your door, while basic amenities are provided. The water pressure is excessively strong, almost as if draining an entire river. Room cleaning is scheduled every 4 days.
倩倩倩RoseOriginally only planned to live for two days, because the feeling of living is very good, and extended for two days. The most commendable is the service. The two receptionists at the front desk are particularly good, because I am traveling alone, I will introduce the recommended places to go with me, and then recommend me to the Chinese version of the travel guide. Very happy time to travel alone. The quality of the girls in the same room is very good. At night, everyone is very polite and keeps quiet activities. On the first floor is a small family restaurant, fried spring rolls are very delicious, homemade wine is also very good, but closed every Tuesday, need to pay attention. Although the public event space on the second floor is not very big, I have met good friends from South Korea and Taiwan. If you go to Hokkaido, you will plan to live again. The hotel is a five-minute walk from Hokkaido University. It is very convenient to get a traffic light from the subway.
GGuest UserAmenity and coffee maker in the lobby. 3 types of bath salts. The room has a refrigerator and microwave oven. In addition to pillows, there is a large cushion to relax. beautiful.
Breakfast is great. I was impressed with the handmade tomato hamburger. The receptionists are also kind and polite.
MMeiyueI stayed here for 3 nights with 5 friends.
It was about a 10-minute walk from the nearest Sapporo Station, so I think it was within walking distance.
There were no convenience stores or shops near the hotel, but there were convenience stores, izakayas, and other shops on the walk from the station to the hotel.
I booked a twin room with two double beds, but when we got to the room there was also a single bed so 5 people could sleep there.
Check-in and check-out were a little confusing, but I was able to ask a hotel staff member right away using Skype at the unmanned front desk, which was great.
GGuest UserNot very satisfied with a stay... There was hair dust on the bed. The room was on the third floor and there was no elevator to climb by yourself.
The advantage is that the area is not bad, the indoor facilities are also complete, not far from the station.
WWilliam85Easy to find and close to all amenities. Spacious room and easy access. No one is at the front counter at night make sure to follow instructions on the iPad provided.
GGuest UserAlthough the room was shown as a 1.4m double bed when booking, it was actually only a 1.2m bed. There were also few charging sockets in the room, so you had to bring a power strip.
AAnonymous UserI couldn't use the accommodation due to a flight cancellation caused by heavy snowfall, and no action was taken even after I verified it. Of course, it was my bad luck that I couldn't go due to a natural disaster, but it ended up being a place I wouldn't want to use in the future.
