I stayed in a ryokan-style room at this eco-friendly hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean though note that daily cleaning is not provided unless you stay for 4 nights or more, which aligns with their sustainable practices. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to a shopping street and a great ramen shop, making it convenient for dining and exploring. A bonus is that it’s connected directly to a Family Mart, perfect for quick snacks or essentials.

Environment: The room is very big, and there is still plenty of space after 4 beds. Although it is a bit old, it is very convenient in this location. Hygiene: It is relatively clean. Generally, Japanese hotels are not bad in terms of hygiene. Facilities: It has everything you need, and there is a children's play area on the first floor. Service: The front desk clerk has a bad impression, one eye, and a bad attitude. Checking in at night is a bit scary. The airport bus is opposite the hotel, which is very convenient.

The front desk staff were all polite and kind. I was very satisfied with this. However, perhaps because the building is old, the walls are thin and I could hear voices from the next room. Also, I thought the soap holder in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned at all. (I will attach a photo) It was nice that there was a kettle, but only small teacups and cups. I wish they had at least put in a coffee cup. The transparent cup that was in the ice maker was also stuck between the bed and the alcove, so I thought maybe they hadn't cleaned it properly. The front desk staff were nice, but this was very disappointing. I stayed here because it was the end of the year and I couldn't find another hotel to book, but I won't be staying here again.

I don't eat breakfast often, but the breakfast was good, the room was spacious, and it was close to the station. I was really satisfied!

It's very convenient as it's within walking distance from Susukino. It's old and small, but it was enough for one person to stay. This time, I made a reservation in hopes of having breakfast. The food was delicious, but I was looking forward to the salmon roe rice. The pieces were small, so maybe it wasn't salmon, but trout?! It was delicious, but I prefer salmon roe, so it was a bit disappointing. But I'll use it again!

Very good hotel. Well located. With the typical Japanese hotel bathroom, shower over a bathtub, tight for anyone over 1.80m tall and overweight. There is a Family Mart next to it, with an exit to the hotel. Lots of things around and there are washing machines on some floors that you can use for a low price.

The accommodation is in a good location, next to the Tanukikoji shopping district, and there is a bus stop to New Chitose Airport opposite the accommodation. The staff are lovely and polite. Check-in and check-out are convenient. There is a Family Mart next to the accommodation. You can walk to the Tanukikoji tunnel. The accommodation is in tunnel 6, opposite tunnel 5. There is a famous dumpling shop. And in tunnel 5, there is also a delicious and inexpensive Chinese restaurant. The room also uses a key system to unlock the door. It looks old but clean. There are good facilities. Amenities such as towels, pajamas, toothbrushes, etc. are available at the lobby. You can choose as you like. You can use it in your room. There is no daily cleaning service. You must stay for 3 days or more to get it cleaned for free once. But you can bring the trash can and used towels and pajamas to place in front of the room. The staff will change the trash can every day. But you have to go down to the lobby to get the pajamas and towels yourself. The bathroom is very narrow. The deep bathtub is not convenient for the elderly. The breakfast is delicious and always refilled. But the fried food is hard and not delicious. The restaurant staff is not very friendly.

The building is by no means new, so the room facilities felt old. But the breakfast and its taste, and above all the variety and quality of the amenities were amazing! I felt very good when they saw me off when I left 😊 I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity!

Very good, clean accommodation, convenient travel, there is a train passing by, although you have to walk, but not very far, close to shopping areas.

It's average for better or worse. But I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others. I thought the front desk staff was very nice. But I wouldn't stay here again... The only thing that bothered me was that even though there was a notice saying not to come to the breakfast buffet in room wear or slippers, two Japanese men came in their room slippers. The staff at the entrance didn't notice them... So it's fine to wear room wear or slippers. A little kid in glasses and tracksuit top and bottoms, a tall guy in a short-sleeved white T-shirt, and both of them were walking around the buffet in their slippers. Well... That's the kind of hotel it is.

The hotel is not particularly new, but it is generally clean, tidy and comfortable. The location is super good, between Tanukikoji 5 and 6. You can go shopping and eat downstairs. There is a bus directly to New Chitose Airport opposite. It costs 1,300 per person including luggage fee. It runs every 20-30 minutes and takes 1.5 hours. The arrival time at New Chitose Airport is very slow, usually 1-3 hours in peak season, and it takes 1.5 hours to check in luggage + exit. Be sure to arrive at the airport three hours in advance! ! !

I stay here every time I stay in Sapporo. It's nice to be able to use the hotel comfortably whether it's snowing or raining because it's located in Tanuki Koji.
