I totally recommend this hotel! I arrived 3hours earlier and the hotel staff was so nice that they gave us an early check in to keep the baggage. The room was so cozy and the bed was comfy, I had a good sleep there The location is not far from Odori subway station.

The staff is friendly, and the inside of the hotel is not new, but it's clean and nice. Please note that parking is sometimes full.

The hotel in very good location but rooms is extremely small , barely has space to open the luggage on the floor , room size is only 18 SQM , they never publish the room size on the room details , photos on the listing is misleading as it show the rooms is big but actually its extremely small , Toilet is miserable small and has 40 CM step to climb , if you have senior person be ready to assist every time that person need to go to toilet. Breakfast , i tried once and never repeated as it doesn't worth it . Im frequent traveller and i don't normally write reviews but for this hotel i have to write to be sure no one got the same disappointment i got when i saw the room . Good luck

Located in the center of the city and the Susukino Ice World 2023 was held just around the corner. The hotel is good and could be even better if hot Spring bath is available.

I always stay near Susukino so I can take the airport bus without having to push my luggage to transfer buses. After arriving at Minami-Sanjo-Susukino Station, walk back to the intersection (Toyoko INN Sapporo Susukino Intersection), and cross two intersections to reach the hotel. This time we stayed on the 7th floor. The standard twin room was about 18 square meters and was equipped with a 32-inch TV, electric kettle, basic tea bags and cups, iron, ironing board, humidifier and small safe. There is a restaurant and a small gym (three seats) on the second floor, as well as laundry facilities. The bathroom is the integrated type commonly seen in Japanese business hotels, and toiletries and tea bags are freely available in the lobby. There are two pillows on the bed, and it is not too soft, so you can have a good night's sleep. Outside the window is the city of Susukino that never sleeps. This hotel is not only an ANA member hotel, but also an IHG member hotel. It is less than a 5-minute walk from the Susukino landmark "Nikka Whiskey" and less than a 5-minute walk from the latest commercial facility COCONO. The night becomes more beautiful when eating, drinking and having fun.

The location is a three-minute walk from the subway station exit. There are FamilyMarts at the intersection and opposite the hotel. This place is more private, but the room is very quiet and you can hardly hear any noise from outside. The room is clean, but the space is a bit small and two suitcases cannot be opened, but it is already good enough. The breakfast is delicious, don't miss it.

The location is convenient, in the heart of Susukino. There is an open-air parking lot opposite, and it is very close to the new shopping mall, COCONO SUSUKINO. Go directly down to Susukino subway station. Direct access to the underground shopping mall. You can go all the way to Sapporo Station.

This clean and comfortable hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Susukino Station. The staff are courteous and helpful, making it an ideal base for sightseeing or business.

I booked a hotel in Sapporo because of the IHG brand. It was average and a bit far from the JR station, so it was awkward to take the subway or walk. There are no highlights or slots, that's it.
