I don't really like carpet in hotel rooms, but this is a personal preference. The carpet looked pretty clean. The key (card to enter the room) did not work 3 times during the stay. So, I had to go down to reception and ask for activation, which irritates me. But it wasn't the fault of the staff, who were friendly. The pool and gym were under renovation and this was not informed during booking, which I don't think is correct. The location is excellent.

Hygiene: Satisfied Facilities: Satisfied Environment: Satisfied Service: Satisfied The only bad thing is that there is no drinking water and napkins in the room, but it seems that hotels in Brazil do not provide napkins. I got up in the morning and saw the sunrise 🌅

The room was very beautiful and the view of the pool to the bridge was sensational. Breakfast was very good, because I had only two nights stayed I can't say about the variety over the days. The staff were nice and demanding, the room was very large, and the fact that it had a cub with a cub separated from the area of the shower that had another cub was something I liked very much. The light of the room was very dark, the area was quiet, I went to Lina Bo Bardi's glass house walking. But if you want to walk through the region, prepare your legs because it is a huge area, and the street of the hotel is quite inclined.

Santo Amaro
Hotel near the American Consulate and Morumbi Shopping Mall. Organized, clean and comfortable hotel. Polite and helpful staff. There is the option to book with or without breakfast. When I stayed there I did not opt for breakfast, but there are coffee shops and even a small grocery store near the hotel.
