I don't really like carpet in hotel rooms, but this is a personal preference. The carpet looked pretty clean. The key (card to enter the room) did not work 3 times during the stay. So, I had to go down to reception and ask for activation, which irritates me. But it wasn't the fault of the staff, who were friendly. The pool and gym were under renovation and this was not informed during booking, which I don't think is correct. The location is excellent.

In an older hotel, there was no hot water in the faucet in the room, the hair dryer was broken, the toilet was broken, and the air conditioner panel was a bit broken after changing the room the next day but it was usable. It is relatively close to the exhibition center. It takes about ten minutes to walk. It is convenient to eat and shop. Opposite is Carrefour and a shopping center.

I have been to many countries but never have i experienced such amazing people, the friendliest I've seen ... always willing to help. You are sure to have thee best time ever. Hotel near the American Consulate and Morumbi Shopping Mall. Organized, clean and comfortable hotel. Polite and helpful staff. There is the option to book with or without breakfast. When I stayed there I did not opt ​​for breakfast, but there are coffee shops and even a small grocery store near the hotel.
