Novotel Hotels in Sao Paulo

This hotel can eat, the facilities are a bit old, the swimming pool is quite small, and it is OK for business travel. But the attitude of the service staff is really average, Brazilians are too lazy

It's a very old hotel. It's quite expensive because it's near the exhibition hall. But the facilities are very old. The most disgusting thing is that the toilet water pressure is not enough and it often can't be flushed clean. The advantages are that the breakfast is quite rich, the service is also OK, and the cleanliness is OK

Our first time in Sao Paolo together and it became extra special staying at Novotel Sao Paolo Jardins as it was close to the places we wanted to see. A walking distance to Ave.Paulista and we had a view of the city from our room. Breakfast was great too! We'll definitely recommend this hotel to our friends travelling to Sao Paolo.

The hotel is located in a sort of shopping center, very close to Morumbi Shopping. The only drawback is the facade, which does not protect against the rain. Clean, comfortable, and with attentive staff.
