The hotel is used by the team, but fortunately, the room is clean, the restaurant is large enough, and it will not cause congestion. The staff in each position are very good, but the front desk can only speak English. It takes an hour to take a bolt from GRU in the morning, about 90 reais. Pay breakfast extra, a total of 121 reais for two people. Check in at 8 o'clock early and pay 220 reais.

The hotel is super central. There are restaurants as well as at every corner, as well as supermarkets. The staff of the hotel were all super nice to us and to the other guests. Unfortunately, it was constructively quite noisy and it could make you sleep bad. (see picture - to enable air conditioning were around the round column where you could look out) The air conditioning has hardly managed to cool the room :( The bathroom could be renovated once and the towels were super washed and thin. You saw that. In the lobby and breakfast area was renovated, which looked good! Maybe it goes further...

A bit old, but it's not bad near the mall, convenient for eating and shopping. It would be better if the TV could be updated and a kettle could be added. I stayed twice, once I checked in at 12 o'clock, and once I had to wait until 2 o'clock in the afternoon, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The customer service of Mr. Nick at the hotel reception was great. Also, I definitely want to visit Sao Paulo 🌷 The location is also a safe area, and it was convenient to disturb acquaintances' houses and restaurants. The content of the breakfast buffet on the 28th floor was very substantial and the scenery was the best.

The hotel room has a large space, a good location, and has a separate building and parking lot. It can be seen that the construction is invested according to high standards. However, the time of operation is too long, the air conditioner is old, the heating cannot be made, the bathroom has no ventilation equipment, and the temperature is more uncomfortable when the temperature drops sharply.

The location is good and the service is good. The most regrettable thing is that there was a large party in the hotel on the day I checked in. The hotel was bustling from the lobby to the elevator, which is understandable. However, the hotel's management of the elevator is speechless. I saw that among the three elevators running, only one elevator could go up and down normally, and the other two stopped on the second floor. I don't know the specific reason. I waited in the lobby for more than 20 minutes, and then took the freight elevator to get to the room.

I made a reservation to stay after the marriage ceremony and fortunately, the hotel upgraded our room. During the check-in, they served a glass of champagne and provided us with a bottle of free champagne as well. The room was very spacious with a city view and we could enjoy the club lounge having some finger food and drinks there. In the morning, we enjoyed various breakfast and the place was really beautiful. It feels like we were in the garden! The other facilities like sauna and swimming pool were also good enough to relax. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in and would like to choose again next time!!

Great stay! Ibis Barra Funda have the greatest location close to all my commitments during business travels. Kitchen is great!!! As a remark, I believe Ibis should reward frequent guests; a matter of loyalty but they don’t. The previous Accord rewards is gone; the new one totally doesn’t work. They do not even offer a bottle of water or similar amenity to an arriving guest. Simply they do not care anymore.
