It was the first time we hosted at Hotel Qoya, and my friends and I have the habit of taking a day of the month and ”reposing” without the family. It was a very quiet moment of peace and comfort. Excellent bed clothes, location near everything we need. Felipe and Francisco were very good at us, and breakfast was also very tasty. We hope to be able to become frequent customers! Ah! and obviously, it was through the TRIP website that we managed to make the reservation. Although I didn't understand why my 3 cards were not approved (?), at the end of the accounts, everything happened well. It is a pity that our view was from a building that prevented us from leaving the gardens completely open, because we felt well exposed. And we only enjoy it.

The room is too small. There is no place to unfold the suitcases in the twin room. The toilet is as small as the toilet on the airplane. Although this is the city center, the surrounding environment is very average. There are too many homeless people around, which makes me feel unsafe.

Historic, clean, safe hotel with excellent breakfast and excellent service. I stayed in the King Room and recommend it without reservations. I should note, however, that the cards need to be updated, as some do not work to access the elevator, so it was difficult to access the room when I left. My stay was quick. In a longer stay, I would not have liked the fact that the TV was not Smart. However, this does not cloud my recommendation to anyone who might be interested in staying here.

The hotel is super central. There are restaurants as well as at every corner, as well as supermarkets. The staff of the hotel were all super nice to us and to the other guests. Unfortunately, it was constructively quite noisy and it could make you sleep bad. (see picture - to enable air conditioning were around the round column where you could look out) The air conditioning has hardly managed to cool the room :( The bathroom could be renovated once and the towels were super washed and thin. You saw that. In the lobby and breakfast area was renovated, which looked good! Maybe it goes further...

A bit old, but it's not bad near the mall, convenient for eating and shopping. It would be better if the TV could be updated and a kettle could be added. I stayed twice, once I checked in at 12 o'clock, and once I had to wait until 2 o'clock in the afternoon, which was a bit uncomfortable.

This is my favorite place to stay whenever I go to the dinosaur ridge. It may be expensive compared to the facilities, but it is one of the closest accommodations to the entrance of Seoraksan Mountain.
