1、有欺騙誤導顧客的行為。酒店自稱房間面積15～20平米，實際上衹有5平米左右。
2、設施、服務很差。（1）沒有免費礦泉水（這是我第一次遇到的現象）；（2）無線網不能上，雖然提供了密碼，卻上不去，找到總枱請他們幫忙上網，態度極差，不耐煩的説：“離房間遠，無法上”就打發了房客。（3）電插座多半是壞的，插頭插上去就往下掉，無法充電。（4）空調不能制暖。（5）床窄被子薄。（6）拖鞋爛底子。
