端午來三亞四天 住兩晚海景房 兩晚親子別墅
非常滿意。網上很多差評一開始還有點擔心，
今天來了第三天，各方面都感覺很滿意 房間裝修偏舊一些但是酒店環境非常非常好。
尤其是管家maka非常負責 回覆很快
服務意識很強。酒店活動非常多 孩子玩的很開心🥳 下次來三亞還想住這裏

環境真的沒得説，180度海景房，每天都泡泳池哈哈哈哈特別感謝管家maka ，基本是有求必應，還有打掃房間的李錦蟬小姐姐，很細心的打掃，每天都過的很愉快，真是捨不得走呀！！！

此次三亞出行入住了海棠灣紅樹林度假酒店體驗很好，雖然是節假日出遊，遊客也不是很多，沒有人擠人的那種現象。這家酒店設計的非常好看尤其是他們主樓的形狀，像一個帆船一樣巨大，晚上主樓還有燈光秀，一閃一閃的非常好看。酒店的服務也是非常好的，尤其是賓客關係主任Rex小佔的服務很好，入住前就加了微信跟進我們的服務，會發一下住店小指南給我們，退房了還會準備小朋友禮品給我們的小孩，小孩們也是非常高興的，下次還會再來。

第一次入住海棠灣紅樹林度假酒店，酒店在入住前一天就有賓客關係主任Rex小佔提前聯繫我們，主動加我們的微信給我們介紹了酒店訊息，親子活動和匠選旅拍幫我們都提前預約好了都是免費的噢，入住後也特別關心我們，酒店內泳池6個其中家庭泳池比較適合小孩子遊玩，水位漸變而且還有滑梯小孩子玩的得特別開心，還有開心農場、抓螃蟹、烤椰子飯等親子活動。還有沙灘非常出片，藍天白雲晴空萬里。很推薦！ 下次還會再來！

The helipad on the 33rd floor makes it easy for guests to get directly to their suite from any location. The furnitures from VONDOM, an international fashion brand from Spain, are found all throughout the resort.
