Coral Hotel Sanya Wuzhizhou Island Reviews

Coral Hotel on Wuzhizhou Island is a must visit hotel when travelling to Hainan. The rooms were very clean with fantastic amenities, however my biggest highlight was the lobby manager named Lan Rui. As I’m from an English speaking country he was incredibly helpful assisting me with any and all of my needs during my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was always comfortable, patiently helping me to translate my requests using his mobile phone and helped me on several occasions. First he kindly showed me how to buy drinks and snacks communicating with the staff, then when I asked about towels at the pool he personally took me there and showed me around plus let the staff know I wanted to swim and to look after me. On the day of checkout to my absolute surprise he rushed to return some cuff links I had accidentally forgotten in the room! When I was eating lunch in the restaurant struggling to eat with chopsticks, the staff advised they didn’t have cutlery. But guess who arrived in short time bringing a nice set of cutlery to save me? Lan! I was truly amazed and beyond grateful. He really is the definition of top tier service with a dedication for customer focus and satisfaction. Lan even assisted my friend and I bringing our luggage on the hotel electric shuttle bus and carried it onto the returning ferry! I cannot thank him enough. Words cannot express how happy I am to receive such amazing service. Thanks to Lan I will never forget my stay at the Coral hotel and cannot wait to return again. Thank you so much Lan for your amazing and incredible customer service!

It was ok. Nothing too fancy but it's the only hotel on the island. Food is much too expensive but you really don't have a choice as all other stores closes at 5pm

Its good to explore many things at this Island Coral hotel … many water activities and pool to enjoy but we missed food here

Very commercialized. You will pay double for any water activities. The Hotel was very nice and clean. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Food is average and too expensive. YOU CAN NOT SWIM IN THE SEA - NOT EVEN PUT YOUR FEET IN THE OCEAN!

The hotel is really cost-effective. After adding WeChat a day in advance, the service specialist Xiaozhi arranged the pick-up vehicle very considerately and replied to the message in a timely manner. The hotel room is very large, and the decoration style is particularly matched with the island. The room reservation includes the pick-up in the city, the tickets and boat tickets on the island. If you buy a four-choice package, you can travel around the island by electric car. You can also be sent to other hotels when you get off the island. You don’t have to worry about it all the way, just enjoy the beautiful scenery. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant is a little more expensive than the island, but the dishes are delicious and the quantity is sufficient, which is really good.

This should be the only choice for hotels in Wuzhizhou Island. The room is large and clean, with a small outdoor hot spring pool. It is very comfortable to soak in it at night. There is a free mini bar. The breakfast is very good. The dinner should be a barbecue buffet, which is very lively. However, I didn't have much appetite so I didn't eat anything. I heard that some people saw sharks, but we didn't see them, which is a pity.

The ceiling of China's islands, the beautiful Wuzhizhou Island is still so beautiful. Avoid the holidays and have fun with fewer people. I was very satisfied with my stay at the Coral Hotel this time. The room was clean and tidy, the hotel environment was beautiful, and I was especially satisfied with the hotel's shuttle bus. The arrangements from the airport to the final departure from the island were very good, which made people feel very warm.

Wuzhizhou Island is still as beautiful as ever. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. They pick up and drop off luggage from landing to leaving the island. It feels warm. The room is very large and spacious. No mosquito coils were provided, but I didn't get bitten in late February. The sanitary conditions are very average, probably because of the dark marble floor, it doesn't feel very clean. The parent-child suite room for four people and four breakfasts, the light switch on the children's side is on the TV wall. Because there is no light pollution on the island, it is very dark in the morning. It is a test to get up in the middle of the night to turn on the light in the dark

I had low expectations for the hotel on the island, but I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. The room facilities and hotel services were good. The garden scenery was also beautiful, and the special thing was that there was a vegetable garden, perhaps because vegetables were scarce on the island.
