特別好的酒店，Cindy小姐姐服務很貼心， 很熱情，房間有歡迎水果，遊池很大，有小童樂園活動，院庭綠植很茂盛， 獨門獨院的獨棟，早餐很豐富， 開到12:00點，半自助的一個早餐，類別很多，大堂裝飾典雅，前台熱情，大堂禮賓部同事很好，有機會下次還會入住。

作為蜜月旅行第二站的選擇簡直是驚喜，簡直是藏在椰風海韻裏的“老錢風”祕境！這次入住收穫了太多驚喜——酒店貼心為我們安排了蜜月主題佈置，精緻的玫瑰蛋糕剛進房就映入眼簾，儀式感直接拉滿～更意外的是升級到了臨海獨棟別墅，在泳池裡游泳私密放鬆。酒店車行服務特別到位，來的很快～每一個工作人員態度都非常好～
早飯也非常好吃，可以有半自助菜單，味道和樣式都滿分～甚至有肉骨茶、三文魚等正餐食材可選，開到十二點可以直接當午飯吃哈哈～
特別想誇誇Fanny小林的服務，從房間到入住後細節規劃都細緻入微：幫忙預約海鮮餐廳時會標註避雷菜品，推薦的小眾海灘更是避開了人潮，讓我們的行程少了奔波、多了悠閑。酒店本身的設計堪稱“老錢美學”教科書，公區佈置也是中西合璧，各種雕塑。隨手一拍就是雜誌大片感，連走廊都瀰漫著淡淡的香氛。
整體非常乾淨～外賣還直接送到房間，完美的滿足你的每一個合理要求！～

酒店環境舒適住的很滿意，設施設備齊全，管家Asia小蔡熱情周到辦理入住效率高，提醒注意事項服務值得點贊，私密性強安靜綠化豐富，有24小時接駁車，房間自帶小泳池酒店裝橫很獨特，早餐時間設計非常充裕早上七點到中午十二點，酒店很滿意，下次有機會再多體驗幾天。

Cindy小姐姐是我體驗到的最貼心的管家，特別熱情，房間很大，遊池很大，還有漂浮下午茶預訂，太適合情侶家庭出遊啦，拍照很出片，大堂很典雅的一個裝飾，早餐半自助的形式，全海棠灣都沒有開到12:00的早餐，唯獨瑞華酒店能開到12:00 ，很贊很贊，歡迎來到三亞的，可以看看這家酒店哦。

首次來三亞，在網上搜了一些酒店，感覺瑞華的評價一般，存在感也低，期待值並不高，但因為沒住過獨棟帶泳池的房間，想着還是體驗一下所以就訂了，我衹能説這次選擇是對的。酒店養護的其實還不錯，沒看出來網上説的老舊，有瑕疵但不多；每個房間都是獨門獨院，私密性很強，私人泳池也很乾凈，不過因為四周都是植被會有落葉進來；早餐時間設計非常人性化到中午十二點，懶人福音；另外就是服務讓人蠻驚喜的，管家Asia小蔡熱情周到有問必答，接駁車基本三分鐘就到，遇到的工作人員都很有禮貌；總之這趟居住體驗讓我這個社恐十分滿意，安靜私密舒適，即便下雨不能出門，就躺在庭院的沙灘椅上看雨滴落在泳池裡都很舒服。最後有個吐槽點，水龍頭開關都是需要自己擰的，這個稍微有些用不慣
