四年前來過的美麗酒店，閨蜜來一起玩時説好像進入了國外的感覺。
可煩服務很及時，帶泳池的房間每天打掃幾遍，管家不厭其煩的為客人服務～
十分推薦～瑞華已經變成我在海棠灣住多少次都還是會選擇的唯一地方～

酒店環境舒適，房間設施設備完善，乾淨整潔自帶室外泳池度假風格十足，配備藍牙音響電視可以投屏，迷你吧免費，床品舒適洗漱用品歐舒丹品牌也很不錯。
周邊商圈豐富齊全，在房間點外賣可以幫送到房間很便利，早餐手機很適合懶人到中午十二點，室內室外環境都很不錯，餐點出品還可以，酒店後方有海灘晚上能看到落日很不錯。
無可挑剔的服務給管家Asia小蔡點贊，超級棒有應必答，關注行程安排提醒注意事項，待着超級舒服下次還會再來。

很不錯的入住體驗，酒店離海邊很近，傍晚晚上去海邊非常的舒服，環境很好，設施很齊全，衞生很好，住的很舒心，整體服務細緻入住，特別是管家Cindy 小姐姐，熱情體貼，每天都在詢問，有問必答，酒店有這樣子的工作人員真的太棒啦，應該要着重表揚一下，適合打卡拍照，遊池很大，管家還幫忙送啦特色遊圈，服務很的很好，整體入住很特別滿意。

酒店體驗整體很有度假氛圍。管家小林非常貼心，會提前安排房間、主動詢問需求、幫忙叫接駁車；酒店環境很莊園、景色很好，還發現了一顆芒果樹；早餐也好吃的，半自助、12點結束，點外賣可以送到房間，皮皮蝦yyds。就是因為周邊綠植，私人泳池會有懸浮落葉渣渣或灰塵，下水感受不太好，大泳池沒有使用，目測好一些，希望泳池循環能再提升。

度假濃郁的酒店，床品很舒服，電動馬桶，房間傢俱設計合理，管家Cindy小姐姐服務很熱情，還幫忙延遲退房啦，響應非常及時，去海邊也非常方便，24小時擺渡車接送，傍晚可以去海邊散散步，超級舒服，遊池很出片，超級美，大堂很典雅，工作人員服務都想超級好！！！！下次還來～
