感謝趙經理的用心，住的很舒服，孩子們也很喜歡，泳池就在酒店樓下，去海邊也過一個馬路就到了。物美價廉超值

2019年暑假，帶着三歲的女兒，第一次來三亞住的就是克拉碼頭，女兒在這裏第一次看見了大海，第一次在泳池流連忘返。2023年暑假，第二次來三亞，還是選擇了克拉。這次是第三次來三亞了，依然選擇繼續住克拉碼頭，和2019年第一次來相比，酒店顯得有些沒落了，設施有些老化，入住率不高。但是環境是真的很好，工作人員服務態度也很好，早餐豐盛。前台每次都主動升級了房型。兩百多的價格，包含兩份自助早餐，性價比很高。希望酒店能一直堅持下去，好好改善一下房間條件，下次來三亞，我還會選擇克拉碼頭。

酒店位置超好靠海邊，前台妹子林金麗還給安排了個看海效果特別好的房間，園區還配了泳池。樓下大堂還有網紅老爸茶跟椰子雞餐廳，味道也都很好吃！房間網絡還可以，房間都是單獨的網絡。值得推薦

酒店的服務很周到，員工林健服務態度很友好，賓至如歸的感覺。房間乾淨整潔，有電視和無線網可以使用，有很大的陽台和乾濕分離的衞生間非常方便

酒店地理位置很好，附近有餐飲場所以及商店。一樓有提供早餐的餐廳，早餐很豐盛，性價比高。還有免費的室外泳池可以游泳，二樓有娛樂設施，桌球健身器材都有。整體設施設備都很完善值得這個價位，前台員工林土清服務可以。
