入住體驗超棒！酒店位置很方便，出門逛街吃飯都順路。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒服得讓人倒頭就睡，隔音也做得不錯，晚上安安靜靜的。Kiki 景冉 管家的服務態度特別好，辦理入住退房都很快，還貼心推薦了附近的景點。早餐種類挺豐富的，味道也在線。下次來這還住這兒，性價比真的高～

管家Regina很貼心，服務態度特別好！
酒店整體服務體驗感都很好，除了大堂個別服務員諮詢她問題的時候，居然一邊玩手機一邊回答我們，而且滿臉不耐煩，這是第一次在五星級酒店碰到這種情況。由於帶家人出遊，不想影響心情，當時就沒找她多煩。酒店公區很美～但是房間確實比較陳舊。總體來説還是不錯的，值得來一趟！

選擇文華東方真是太明智了！衞生打掃得無可挑剔，每天出門回來，房間都整理得井井有條，連我們隨手放的物品都被細心歸位，住得太舒心了。
特別要表揚管家Kiki的服務，簡直是“有求必應”的典範！這樣的貼心服務，真的讓人暖到心裏。

前台Jessica服務態度很棒 我的管家Rita幫我安排的一切都特別好，服務非常的貼心，給我申請延遲退房 ！安排的房間也很棒，出門就是鳳凰草坪房間衞生打掃的也很乾凈，酒店住的特別的舒服送的，歡迎水果也很好吃，酒店設施設備也特別齊全 園區開車的禮賓小哥哥服務也特別好，幫我們拿行李服務特別的耐心 最重要的是酒店工區特別美房間，打掃的也很乾凈 備品什麼的也會及時補充 下次還會選擇文華東方
