房間特別好，至尊海景房景色特別好，窗户像一幅畫一樣，酒店公區都特別有設計感，沙灘的沙子很軟，海都是玻璃海。服務也特別好，每一位服務員見到我們都會和我們打招呼，酒店的中餐，悦廳還有海鮮火鍋都很好吃，服務也很好，加我的管家也是發訊息時都有及時回覆幫我處理，下次來三亞不會換酒店了衹住柏悦😀😀😀😀

國內旅行住過的滿意度top3酒店。提前管家就加了微信，我帶着長者孩子定了兩間房，管家免費給我升級了別墅，入住期間各種需求管家都儘量幫忙協調滿足，包括回京後的開發票協調，提供了很專業和優質的服務，感謝7.26負責8015的管家❤️再來説酒店，非常乾淨，細節拉滿，很多人在各自不同崗位維護，給了旅客很好的入住體驗；中西餐廳都很好吃，特別中餐廳，是黑珍珠，菜很精緻，菜量也大，味道好👍海灘無敵，為了太陽灣去的，酒店的浮潛和小船給了孩子特別棒的旅遊體驗，處處彰顯酒店大氣和滿足大家度假需求。總體100分，給98，留2分請酒店繼續保持努力，等我下回去🎖️
