設施：是本人喜歡的風格，乾淨簡潔又有氛圍感。
衞生：每天會按時有小姐姐打掃，跟酒店一樣的。
環境：特別舒適，白天有大大的綠草坪養眼，綠化容積率很低，有小曠野的視覺，尤其是晚上微風拂拂空間感給足了度假氛圍，還有那一池藍幽幽的泳池，像極了豪宅標配，開個home趴綽綽有餘。
服務：最值得一提的是，我們此行的Jay嘉年華演唱會，差一點遲到錯失，如果沒有老闆娘弟弟（抱歉忘記大哥問名字了）熱心幫忙還無償送達，我們是會哭的。太給力了，還有值夜班的工作人員阿翔不厭其煩的熱情幫忙一晚上送幾趟外賣給我們，還有工作人員小董幫忙送行李（因為兩個“廢物弱女子”手無縛雞之力）因為趕飛機。服務感覺很有家人的感覺。
還有早餐、下午茶、24小時管家服務。
如果下次還住海棠灣附近還會再來，非常推薦。
