差評，本次三亞之行，因本酒店是亞龍灣近兩年新開的酒店之一，抱着有很高的期許，放棄之前一直常駐的亞龍灣海景沿線五星級酒店，但在入住本酒店的過程中，因為酒店設施未能安全完善，且酒店方舉辦的潑水遊戲活動未能採取安全措施，淺水區泳池底部地磚的不平整，有凹凸，導致我們的兩名小孩腳掌被割傷，割破；因兩個小孩意外受傷，行動不便，導致我們所有遊玩行程全部臨時改變取消，也不能正常的歸學；跟酒店方兩次溝通協商，酒店未給予合理的方案；如此以親子酒店為招牌的高檔酒店也未有相關應急預案；並且酒店方未能承擔相關應盡的責任，對此感到非常的失望；想入住的朋友，請慎重。我會繼續維護因酒店方直接導致小朋友受傷過錯的權利。
