The staff is nice and helpful! However, the room is a bit too simple! With this price, it is economical!

Great place to stay very friendly, even tho I arrived really early in the morning they checked me in.

Nice apartment with a good location, which is around a 5-minute walk from the bus station in Fira. We really appreciate their friendly staffs, which are always helpful, kind, and thoughtful. There is always coffee waiting for you, and you can always seek help from them. They give very clear information about the whole Santorini.

The staff's English was easy to understand even though she spoke quickly. The room was simple and there was nothing lacking. It was close to the center of Fira, and the mini market was about 50 meters away, so it was convenient. It took less than 5 minutes to get to the Fira bus stop. It was winter, low season, so there were not many customers, but I think it's a good hotel. However, it is not located in a location with a sea view of Santorini.

The staff were all very kind. They also provide airport transfers for 20€ each way.

The hotel service is good, the boss is enthusiastic. It provides paid pick-up and drop-off, which costs 20 euros from the hotel to the airport, which is about 4 kilometers. The hotel provides coffee and water once. The room is suitable for self-catering, but it is relatively small.

[Location] Conveniently located within walking distance of Fira's bus terminal. [Cleanliness] There were no bugs, which was nice. [Service] They greeted us with a smile and didn't even bother to ask for a late-night shuttle (fees listed on their website required). They were also happy to store our luggage after we checked out. They were very kind and introduced us to recommended shops. [Facilities] We arrived late at night and checked out the next day, so we don't have a full picture of what was going on, but it was generally good.
