Save yourself from hassle and bad experience. See attached photos. Moldy bathroom, shower head, broken trash bin, moldy closet and cabinets, no locker box, we had one but it’s broken, loud noise from above I wish I could post the video of how loud it is, it lasted for an hour moving of chairs and banging, nasty room, 2 star hotel is better than their self claimed 4 star. And the breakfast, no water bottles, not functioning coffee maker, at 8 o’clock, breakfast was not being served, the lady who cleans the lobby is the only one who cooks and prepares and just about to start cooking sliced mini hotdogs while everybody is waiting at 8am for breakfast. No one helped us to take our luggage to our nasty room for a 4 star hotel. Maria, who works at the front desk was unprofessional talking with their native tongue to her relative who has a baby on the crib at the lobby while doing transaction with me. At a different time when I came to the front desk to look for Maria, the relative who has the baby sitting at the lobby took over to deal with my concerns. I don’t even know what she was, thought she was a customer. Then later saw Maria at the front desk baby sitting the baby. Second day, back from our tour at 5pm, our room was not cleaned. We didn’t care as we already booked us a different hotel. It was the best decision as we had complete opposite experience to our new hotel, 5mins walk from Blue Suites. Please do your research and think twice before you book at this hotel.

Very bad experience. We have booked a room at this Hotel in april 2022 for september 2022 (based on reviews at that moment, pictures and intense search - it was ok at that time). Upon our arrival the ”wonderful hospitality” give us a room full of white mold, filthy (with different types of hair on the bed and on the floor, rust, dust and food rests / grease on the electronical devices), water infiltrations and broken toilet seat. When we confronted them for this situation they informed us that they have no other rooms available in the location - and on top of this the ”manager” said that the mold we were seeing is actually the paint from the walls. Really!!!!! Without any ”sorry” for ruining our vacation, they just didn't give us any opportunity to like them, therefore we left from this terrible place called 3 stars hotel and found another place to stay for the 4 nights - without pre-reservation and in an acceptable room. I think you don't want to have a breathing disease or an overnight allergy in your vacation, so better not to stay here. The bus terminal doesn't worth your health!

Thank you, Renta and staff, for a memorable stay in Santorini. I had some doubts about the suites’ location overlooking the Caldera and the climbing that might be required, but the hotel is easily accessible with lovely gentlemen who take your luggage down to your room and pick it up when you are ready to leave. The accommodations are roomy, well appointed, and have an incredible view of the sea. We had our own patio where we could eat an ample breakfast delivered every morning. On these same mornings when we were very lucky, a parade of donkeys and one mule would clop by the path near the hotel, carrying materials to nearby sites. Of course our stay in November meant that many restaurants and shops in Imeroviglia were closed, but Fira is nearby. Renta will call Nico to give you a ride into town. Both of them are so gracious and accommodating that we very much enjoyed our stay. Following Renta’s advice, we took the catamaran tour of the Caldera, a must for seeing the Caldera from the sea. The plus side of Santorini in November is a complete lack of crowds. Our weather was sunny and in the seventies every day, which may have been a Greek anomaly but perfect for us. I highly recommend the Aqua Luxury suites and staff.

Day 3 into our stay and no need to wait to leave the review this place deserves. Most definitely 5* experience. Suites clean & decor beautiful, spacious, comfortable big beds & plenty of pillows to choose from. Heated Infinity pool overlooking the caldera UNREAL! Cocktails & food lovely from the swim up bar, staff so friendly and attentive. Came for my wife's 40th birthday and undoubtedly made the right decision.

The hotel is in a good location with great views. It was not easy to find the location when I first went there, but I remembered it after going back and forth a few times. You can see the sunrise and it is not far from the place where you can see the sunset. You can call the front desk and add the front desk contact information to book the airport pick-up in advance. The front desk service is very good. You can ask the front desk to call a porter to move your luggage when you check in and leave. The room is of moderate size and clean. There are many types of breakfast, which will be delivered to the room. Overall, it is a good choice.

Better than expected, the hotel gave us the upgrade to the highest floor of the room, the balcony with an outdoor bathtub, superb view! The room facilities are also good, the toiletries are Bulgari, and the wine is also delivered. The service staff was also very warm and welcoming. The room had come to the room numerous times a day, and he also helped to pick up his luggage and went to the station. The breakfast is very exquisite, it is eaten in the restaurant, you can also choose to send to the room. Come to Oia to push this home!

We stayed a week, in late October, and had a fabulous time. Even though many restaurants were closed in Imerovigli, there were still many opened in Fira. Stayed in the Panoramic Apartment with Spa Bath and Caldera View & it was great! Large King bed in a spacious bedroom, adequate lounge/kitchen, large bathroom with jacuzzi & a separate toilet. Loved the Jacuzzi on the balcony, used it a few times a day! Great location, as it was far enough away from touristy Fira(30 mins walk) with huge cruise boat numbers. Small mini-marts that you can buy a few staples, beers & wine. Our Host, Kosta, was fantastic! He even left us with a bottle of wine after her explained everything on check in. Kosta always went out of his way to make our stay even better, even bringing a treat for us each day & driving us to the airport the day we left. Thank you Kosta & your team.

The room is big, the scenery is very good, watching the sunrise on the sea in the morning is very spectacular The breakfast included in the room is not enough, and you have to pay extra for ordering more than 8 Euros, which is a bit expensive. The boss is still enthusiastic The best value is the sunrise in the morning

Stayed for two days, arrived at around three o'clock, had to wait for an hour for cleaning, and checked in at around four o'clock. The room and leisure facilities are good. The sound of closing the door outside at night is quite loud, and the crack under the door is large and the wind blowing in is quite strong. The breakfast was quite rich, but there was only one service staff, who couldn't serve it at all, and the black coffee was never delivered. This season, for the same price of 150 US dollars, it is better to stay in the small town of Oia.

We loved staying in this beautiful apart-hotel. It was spacious, spotless and beautifully designed with a great outdoor space. The laundry service was a very appreciated facility! It is next to some cute restaurants and the black beach Perissa and Perivolos. It was a little hard to find the hotel because in Santorini they dont have name of street or number of houses, but they arranged a transfer from airport directly to hotel. Would definitely recommend to stay here if visiting Santorini!
