The hotel is a bit far from the Thera center, but overall is nice to stay.

Though quite a walking distance to most local shops and restaurants, the place was quiet for resting at night. The room was very spacious. I went on a February so it was cold. I wish climate control of room was better and better shower curtain so the whole bathroom floor doesn’t get slippery after. I need to wipe the floor with the extra towel to avoid slipping. Other than that, my stay was nice and good healthy breakfast included daily. I got a good deal!

Staffs were very nice and helpful, breakfast was very good and the room was clean and tidy.

I was surprised that Ctrip can actually stay in this four-star hotel at 60% of the price of other platforms (booking 2 months ago to compare prices on various platforms), especially in the peak season, it is really not too outrageous! The English usage rate of the hotel is popular. It is located in the small town of Fira, 15 minutes' walk away. The room settings are average, but the service attitude is very good. There is a domestic kitten 🐈 guarding the door in the restaurant. At this price, you can only book a youth hostel in peak season on other platforms, but you can stay in a four-star hotel on Ctrip. This point must be praised 👍

The service is very warm, the room is relatively old, and the room will squeak when the wind is strong, and there is still a distance from the bus station in the city center. Comparing the prices of other hotels on the island, I can only say that the price/performance ratio is okay

The service is very good. When I checked in, I gave a detailed introduction to the various attractions on the island and recommended high-quality restaurants. The hotel facilities are a bit outdated, the heating is not turned on in winter, and the air conditioning is not comfortable enough. But the overall management is good, the environment is neat and clean. The off-season breakfast had enough choices and a different hot meal each day.

We absolutely loved Milos Villas; the staff are very hospitable & oh so pleasant to interact with . Breakfast & Dinner that we had @ the hotel grounds was very delicious. The hotel reception staff assisted with getting us taxis into town for further sight seeing activities. We only stayed one night but had we have time in Santorini; we would’ve stayed longer here . Bathrooms are very small but that’s typical of all hotels around the island. Thank you to the staff for all their help . I look forward to returning to Santorini soon.

A great stay at this hotel! The staff is always pleasant, with a smile and very caring. Special mention for Gabriel who spoke French! The rooms are spacious, equipped with air conditioning, safe, sofa, desk, fridge and the necessary to make tea or coffee (pods are not provided). The swimming pool and its surroundings are very pleasant, day and night! In addition, the hotel offers a service at the bar next to the swimming pool and this is not negligible, especially since the prices are more than correct. The hotel offers "partnerships" with car rental companies (40€ for the day) and transfers to the airport or the port (32€ for 2 for the port), it's really accommodating if you don't want bother to search! The downside of this hotel is the bathroom which is small and especially the shower… not functional at all, small and the curtain did not cover it on the right size so after each shower it was flooding… it's a shame ! The hotel is 15 minutes from the center of Fira but the journey to get there is uphill so not very pleasant! We thought it was in a slightly better location. Similarly we had asked for sandwiches for our departure because we were leaving early, the staff had to take care of it but we left without… a bit of a shame especially since we had a long journey waiting for us and we would have appreciated the to have !

Hotel très propre.. Personnels très accueillants et disponible.. Joli extérieur piscine et bar.. Petit déjeuner simple mais correct ( sauf les jus de fruits qui sont artificiels). Hotel bruyant car au bord d une route passante.( prévoir les boules kies.) Ne pas prendre les chambres économiques ( pas de volets, donc le jour à 6h00)..literie pas terrible..
