The hotel is a bit out of town, but a 5 minute drive from the airport. We had a bit of trouble getting there, but it was worth it. The hotel is clean, new, everything there is top notch. The room was beautiful, modern, elegant, really great! Too bad we couldn't try the breakfast as we were leaving for the airport early in the morning. I will remember this hotel only in good memories and if I come to Santander, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

My stay was a short weekend for three people. The reception was pleasant, the room was cozy, but the extra bed was terrible. I don't know how they could fit a sofa bed that was so uncomfortable. My friend still has back pain and couldn't even sleep; it was unpleasant. The breakfast was very good, and the waiters were attentive. A 10 out of 10.

We had a great time... 24 hour reception, the bar is open 24 hours a day, it's a great place, the receptionists are super friendly, anything you need they will solve it for you, the truth is that we have been to Santander many times but since I have set foot in this place I don't think I will stay anywhere else, a 10 I recommend it 1000%

It's very good, it's the second time we've been there and we'll be back. The staff are lovely and make everything easy for you, without any problems. The food is very good

Hotel with a modern structure and clean and well-kept rooms. Very good and varied breakfast. The hotel is located 2 km from the center of Santander (perhaps a little far to reach on foot) but there are taxis that are very accessible.

There are great potential risks in hygiene. We stayed for two nights. The room (009) we were given on the first night had a very pungent musty smell. We initially thought it was a sewer problem or that it was just not ventilated. As a result, I couldn't sleep well the first night because of the stench. The next day, I had a headache and fatigue. After a day of ventilation, the second night was still very serious. After searching around, we found that some floors, including the floor next to the bed, had a lot of mold and those areas emitted a foul smell. After searching online, we found that living in such an environment may be a great threat to health, so we asked the front desk to check in to another room. After informing the staff on duty, we sent an email to the hotel asking for written confirmation, explanation and objective testing to ensure that there was no impact on our health, etc. After a morning, the hotel still hadn't responded to our email. When Ctrip helped to contact us later, the hotel actually perfunctorily said that "rooms near the sea are prone to mold and do not affect health". At the same time, they also said that there were guests who had stayed in that room before and hoped to use this to prove that there was no problem. The attitude was very perfunctory and did not pay attention to the potential risks to guests' health. Given that the rooms are cleaned before check-in, we doubt that the hotel knew about this situation in advance but still gave us the room. If we didn't think something was wrong, we might have let it go. This is enough reason to question the other hygiene conditions of the hotel. It needs to be considered carefully. Moreover, the layout of the rooms in this hotel is not very reasonable. The bathroom is transparent in the shower area and directly connected to the bedroom area. There is no bathroom door, and there is no place to hang clothes and put things in the shower area. It is easy to accumulate water outside after taking a shower. Apart from these, the experience is actually OK. The breakfast is rich and of good quality. The attitude of the staff on duty is also relatively positive. There is a train station near the location, and there is a large supermarket within a ten-minute walk. It is not far from the city. These factors have a high overall cost-effectiveness. However, in view of the above hygiene issues, it needs to be carefully considered.
