A Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! We’ve now spent 12 days at this wonderful hotel for the second time, and I can confidently say it won’t be the last. This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The service is absolutely perfect. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day, and the friendly housekeeping staff are always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The atmosphere in the hotel is excellent – an ideal place to fully relax. The reception staff always give you a warm welcome and have answers to all your questions. They assist you quickly and efficiently, which really contributes to a stress-free stay. The entertainment team is great, offering fun activities both during the day and in the evening. The bar staff are incredibly friendly, and the drink prices are very reasonable. I especially recommend the cocktails, smoothies, and milkshakes! The restaurant, The Burger Club, is also fantastic. The dishes, particularly the pizzas, are delightful. A special shout-out to floor managers Sylvia and Miquel, along with Miquel's wife who works in the kitchen. They are all so kind and work tirelessly every day. They solve any issue immediately and always have time for a joke or a chat. They even remember who you are, adding a personal touch to your stay. The kitchen staff also deserve praise. They always greet you with a smile and prepare the most delicious dishes. In short, if you’re looking for a hotel where everything is perfectly taken care of, where the staff truly make you feel welcome, and where you can enjoy delicious meals and drinks, this is the place for you. We had a great experience: this hotel is ideal for couples with children. Clean room and really friendly cleaning personnel. Good food, each evening a special theme next to the classic food (wide offering) Nice and clean swimming pool, you need to follow all the written rules. (no inflatables for example, no bal to play in the water) From a practical point of view: very close to the beach and the promenade where you can walk every night. I can recommend this hotel based on a good experience.

The best thing about going away from home is not having to worry about where you are staying and I was not dissapointed at all. The hotel is just as it is in the photos. Clean, plush and welcoming. We arrived late at night (20/10/23) after waiting 2 hours for our transfer then the travel from Barcelona to the hotel we were tired but welcomed by the wonderful night staff member I think his name was Thorko. He offered us something to eat and explained the hotel facilities. The pool is cold but once you get in its ok and it was fun seeing the look on peoples faces as they got in lol it was a conversation starter. The hotel is located on the beach and near the train station I actually think its the best part of the ***** 5 minutes from Aloha that does the best cocktails and night vibes. All the staff were friendly and the breakfast well I'm missing the breakfast 😀 cava with your freshly made omlette or pancakes, the fruit shots were delicious and how do they make mushrooms taste so good. Best bit was there were no kids!! I would definitely stay here again.

Aw I cannot understand the bad reviews for this place. We really liked our room, the staff were lovely, pool great and the breakfast was enjoyable plus coffees amazing! So nice to have goof coffee on holiday. Also being offered and given a picnic breakfast to leave early with was so nice. 5 stars from us :)
