The service was great! They have a 24 hour front desk staff to help you and they have a store that’s open 24 hours to allow you buy snacks. I would stay again you can take a trolley to six flags for free the shuttle runs every hour!

We had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast. I had an omelet and waffles that didn't disappoint. We didn't have any towels in our room but it wasn't any reason to ruin our stay. We asked the staff and they supplied us with what we needed

A very satisfying stay, suitable for a large family trip, the hotel is very new, the staff is very enthusiastic, we arrived late. There are children, the front desk staff specially gave us free milk

Best Western Valencia/Six Flags Inn & Suites Check-in was friendly and efficient.  My king room was spacious and I had a comfortable nights sleep without any disturbance from other guests . A selection of coffee was provided. There was a refrigerator and microwave (see picture) but no safe. The bathroom had a shower and bathtub. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and moisturising lotion were provided (small). The shower curtain had a bug (see picture) but I didn't see any further bugs in the room or bathroom. The pool is accessed by the keycard. It was a good size for laps and the hot tub was warm. Pool towels are provided. The gym is quite small (see picture). The water dispenser was not working or any towels available on my visit. Breakfast is served near reception. I did enquire about omelettes but was told they only do scrambled eggs now. They also had small sausages. Fruit available was apples and oranges. Cereals, yogurts and milk were available. There was a self-serve waffle maker and a selection of juices. Tea, coffee and water is outside the breakfast room. I liked the close location to six flags magic mountain however the trolly service stops the beginning of September. An Uber cost me $8-$10 dollars depending on the time of day. You can self-park anywhere near the hotel. There is a Denney's right next to the hotel.

I loved our stay. Super convenient if you are headed to Six Flags, the staff was well knowledgeable of the area. Highly recommend considering the breakfast was included. The shades Over the windows were a lifesaver, and the bed was more than comfortable

We have stayed here numerous times, when we come back to my old home town. The hotel is always clean. The staff, including housekeeping, is very friendly and very accommodating. Great location, freeway close and close to lots of other things in Santa Clarita. Highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful Wonderful staff. Breakfast was well stocked Staff kept breakfast room clean always emptying trash. They continued to keep an eye on food to make sure food was always full and well stocked. There were 2 waffle makers. They could differently use 4 or 5. We waited half hour to make a waffle.

The hotel was not great. First, the PROS: 1. Bed and pillows were comfortable. 2. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. 3. Room was spacious, but a little old and outdated (we were fine with that). 4. Adequate free parking. Now for the CONS: 1. Our room was never made/cleaned by housekeeping while we were there EXCEPT for when they showed up on our LAST MORNING at 8:30 AM in the morning knocking on our door for housekeeping services. My husband woke up and told them no because our children were still asleep. While we were there we even placed the doortag saying that we wanted our room cleaned, but we did not receive any housekeeping services. 2. Our toilet was extremely low flow.... even after a pee, you have to flush it 5 to 7 times in order to get rid of the "yellow" color. Imagine how many times we had to flush after going #2.... yikes. My husband got frustrated and decided to go use the downstairs bathroom in the lobby, but BOTH bathrooms were clogged as well... 3. We got to the breakfast area about 45 minutes before it closed and they were all out of the main breakfast items (eggs, sausage... etc)... except for cereal, waffles and yogurt.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Fridge wasn’t working but they offered us another room but we declined. We just needed to get some sleep and we did. The pool looked nice but we got there late and left early. I would stay there again.

Went with teens very near to Sixflags and eating places. enjoyed the stay. We booked one suite and one normal room. They are able to give us adjacent rooms, Rooms are spacious. Hotel staff is courteous . enough parking spaces available even we came late night to check-in.

Toilet paper roll holder broken, no hot water, was trying to sleep after all night of work but it sounded like an industrial washer on a spin cycle was up against the wall —so no sleep, lights are like spot lights shining into eyes, very expensive considering the state of things. Bed was comfortable.

Staff walk in on the guest. I was walked in on while changing my clothes and was half naked. I am embarrassed and angry. Place isn’t ran well obviously for they didn’t even know i had a late checkout and interrupted my sleep like 6/7 times. It’s a shame

I was granted a check out in that extra hour that I was given the door was knocked on at least 6 to 7 times. They try to enter twice and on the third and final entrance a male staff member walked in on me while I was changing I would like a refund for both days

We stay here fairly frequently going to and from NorCal and visiting friends locally. We are diamond members that used to be gold members with Hilton until they changed for the worse and we found Best Western. Something has recently changed at this property and not for the better. There are contractors obviously living here and they dominate all the parking making it difficult for guests to find a place to park. Last evening we were outside and heard a bunch of yelling coming from a rooms open window which faced the sidewalk and when we looked there were beer cans and bottles lined up all across the window sill. Not a great look. The clientele this time through were not the normal families with kids that we’ve always seen here but a bunch of “rough” looking types that you’d expect a a motel 6. Every time we stay at any Best Western, in the evening I go to the desk and ask if I could get a cup of milk and have never had a problem until last night. Another issue that we’ve never experienced before, whenever I make a reservation I always ask for a top floor room any at this property always on the pool side because the freeway noise kept us up all night the one time we were on that side. I was surprised that when we arrived we were put on the freeway side. I asked for a different room and was told that they probably wouldn’t have any. I said that I’d asked for the room and was told that requests were subject to availability which I understand if I hadn’t made the reservation weeks ago AND wasn’t a diamond member. The one shining star of this trip was the person running the breakfast room! What a joy, keeps things very clean and well stocked every time we are here. She definitely deserves a raise or at a minimum an Great Job, here’s a gift card for dinner out.
