The room layout is reasonable and fully functional. It is recommended that the room be equipped with a shoe pullout for easy shoes. The transportation around the hotel is convenient. The only downside is that the car is very inconvenient to enter and exit the underground garage, especially the parking on the auxiliary road of the basement entrance and exit is too casual, affecting the entry and exit. This experience is very bad! I hope that I can improve when I come back next year. The front desk service is very good and the efficiency is very high.

The room was lovely and clean and the staff amazing. Unfortunately I ended up quarantined and then having to move to a quarantine facility so the staff prepared a care package for me to take to the quarantine facility, including daily use items and snacks to get me through. 嘉琪 English name Carkey went above and beyond returning my training tickets and picking up things from the supermarket for me when I was initially quarantining at the hotel. She made sure that after my quarantine I could return to the hotel and use the nights I had booked and couldn't use. I highly recommend this hotel and want to sincerely thank the staff for their kindness towards me. Karen (罗洁雨）

Very satisfied with the hotel. First of all, the handsome guy at the front desk is very welcoming. The buffet in the restaurant is good👍 We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant every morning, lunch and dinner. It's clean and tidy, you can feel free to eat, and the room is clean and tidy. Various attractions are not far away. You can come back for a short break at noon. It’s a pity that I didn’t see the swans. I’ll come back next March

看着離天鵝近，想着這個應該比景區裏面的酒店新就定這裏，到後問前台（男生）哪個門👀天鵝近，很沒有耐心敷衍回答，就説東門，具體怎麼走多一句都不想説了，只是手一指東門。第二天退房買天鵝也是，孩子要小寶寶天鵝，就説要一窩賣，還以為就那麼多小的，我覺得不買大的不像天鵝，和孩子説了半天選了最大的天鵝又説這個就是帶一窩小的……一路上都住的當地最好的酒店，可能我在這定的最普通房子這個酒店服務意識還是值得提高。

The five-star hotels I have stayed in are not too few. The breakfast is OK. The service of the catering department is very good, helping to heat up the food, and the missing meals can be replenished in time. Here are a few issues encountered for encouragement: 1. There is still a smell of decoration in the hotel, and the decorative plants you see when you get out of the elevator on the floor are two small pots of green radishes, and the aura is a bit out of place; 2. I arrived at the store around 21:10 in the evening and asked about heating food, but was told that there was no microwave oven available and the restaurant was closed; 3. When Ctrip placed an order, the member benefits include late check-out and free room upgrades, but when I arrived at the store, I was told by the front desk that I could only upgrade the room type if the booked room type was full! How can this be explained? That's not what Ctrip says. Ramada can upgrade, but there is no upgrade here? very strange operation; 4. The structure of the room is very peculiar, as shown in Figure 1, the shooting angle is the door of the house, and the two beds are directly facing when the door is opened; 5. The drinking water is provided by Master Kong, which doesn’t match the house price; 6. The toiletries are not equipped with body lotion.

The environment and facilities are very good, but there are only two waiters at the front desk during the peak occupancy period of a hotel, and a bunch of people are queuing up. No one checks in after ten o'clock in the evening, but four people gather at the front desk. What the hell is the arrangement? There are also restaurants. I went there at 7:40 and wanted a private room. The restaurant closed at 9:00. There are so many private rooms empty. The waiter can open his eyes and say that the reservation is over, and the person who made the reservation will come to eat at 8:00?
