Very nice and relax hotel. Arrived in the morning around 4+ and was upset that we can’t get to the hotel because of road work. Cars not allowed to drive over hence we need to stop at the construction site and carry our luggage to walk over the uneven road ( muddy and many stones). Not a long distance but I think the hotel management should notify the customers on this as it is really a hassle. Overall, the hotel is very comfy

It was great for a family of four with adult children to use together. The duplex room had a beautiful balcony with a perfect view, but one thing was that the ceiling of the room was high, so the lower floor was a little chilly even when the heater was on. The hotel staff were all friendly, and although the breakfast did not have many varieties, it was neat and clean, so our family was very satisfied. When we had a small number of clothes, we had no choice but to use the laundry service, and they washed them quickly and cleanly, which was impressive. I was so happy that I wanted to ask what kind of detergent they used because the clothes smelled so good. The spa facilities in the hotel were a little expensive, but I was very satisfied. It was a bit difficult to walk from the city center, so it was on a hill, but if I go to Sapa again, I would definitely stay here again. The photo was taken from the balcony of the room I used. We made a request to the hotel front desk staff, hoping that they could arrange a mountain view room for us. They not only fulfilled our request, but also arranged us on the 5th floor. The room is clean, spacious, bright, tidy and hygienic. The front desk spoke English and provided us with many conveniences, such as pending Sun World Fansipan Ropeway tickets and return bus tickets. And when we travel, leave us their contact information and tell us that we can contact them when needed.

1st of all! The host or property will respond well and accommodate what you need . Location: Huh!!!!! You guys will not regret Price: reasonable Staff: ??? Ops! They will act fast. No doubt. I will check 1st with the property how I can accommodate.. the hotel itself is very good with mountain views. Yes, my time is after Thypoon so there is a slight nature change. Renovation and improvement matters are starting to do. The room is very spacious, the bed is nice.. Guysss!!! I don't want to say more. You just book and see their hospitality. Adios!! 😘😘😘😘

Just, I dont have a heated shower in my room, which is quite challenging to shower in cold weather. And also the sound of construction in the next building a little disturbing. But everything else was awesome. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. It is a beautiful place and worth the money.

Dude, Green Sapa Homestay was awesome! The staff were super friendly and helpful, from the moment I checked in to when I left. My room was spotless and comfy, had everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had tons of options. Plus, the location was perfect easy walk to the market and restaurants, and close to all the Sapa sights. Seriously, you gotta stay there if you're going to Sapa. You won't regret it!
