Traveling with kids. Look no place else if you can afford. Super kids friendly hotel. We were traveling with infant and they had setup not just cot but toys and baby bath tub.very thoughtful.

It was already past 10 pm when we were going to the hotel from the airport, and we just happened to catch the last airport shuttle bus. The shuttle bus driver was also very kind and guided us while driving, and also helped us with our luggage (we tipped) The breakfast is good, including meat, eggs, milk, yogurt, waffles and juice. The dining environment is also clean. It is recommended that the hotel not use disposable tableware. The swimming pool and hot pool are very small. I'm not sure if they are clean if they are not used. You need to pay a deposit of US$100 when you check in. It is said that it will be refunded when you check out, but I see that there is no such charge on the credit card. Although the hardware is simple, the price is cheap. I think the CP value is very high. It is clean and quiet for one night, and a rich breakfast and airport shuttle are enough. There's a McDonald's next door

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights and never received room cleaning service. The hotel staff told me that I could get a room cleaning service once every other days, but it was not kept properly. This hotel is located next to a highway and does not have double glazed windows, so there is some noise from passing vehicles. And I paid for the hotel in advance, but apart from the cost of the hotel stay, they paid me 50 dollars separately without notice. I think the amount was probably a cost in the name of a deposit, but the cost has not yet been refunded even after 4 days.

The room is very suitable for families with more than 4 people, but housekeeping is not well done, and you need to make an appointment the day before. I feel that there is not enough staff, so I need to go to the front desk to get it directly as soon as possible.

American breakfast is almost the same. Parking at night is paid separately. Ctrip tracking service is in place, and problems are solved in time. Traveling to find Ctrip is more assured.

I stayed here couple of days with my family. This hotel did not make up room simply because guest did not request it. They never informed me in advance on check-in whether I had to ask make-up room by noon. Thence, I asked to front desk, new towel and remove gabage in trash can in the room. Lady at front desk (Saterday around 3 pm 24th, Sept. 2022) told me to deliver towels and vinyl bag to room I stayed, and then made me empty garbage can in the vinyl bag. It was unexperienced experience to me around any hotels I have ever stayed.

It takes about 25 minutes to take a taxi from San Francisco International Airport and the location is better to find. It is about 15 minutes drive from Stanford University. Stayed for one night for a short stay, quite satisfied

The front desk service is very good, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the inner bay is outside the hotel, and the sea is calm like a lake, so you can take a walk. The airport bus departs every 45 minutes without reservation, but because it is the starting station, it takes 30 minutes to get to the airport. If you go to Uber, it will take 5 minutes.

The surrounding environment is good, I will stay at this hotel every time, although it is near the airport, it is very convenient to drive by car. I don't like to live in the city center. If there is no better choice, I should still choose here.
