The front desk manager gave a bonus compensation of 59 US dollars, but it has been a month since I returned to Shanghai, and I have not received it. After negotiation, Ctrip said that the reward would be given only after the next check-in. After returning to China, I received a notice from my credit card that my credit card transaction was abnormal, so I immediately stopped using it and exchanged it for a new card. Two experiences, many bad experiences, I advise everyone to be careful when swiping the card when staying in this hotel. In addition, the destination fee of 30 US dollars per night is a big mistake, and it was slashed by foreigners.
