King Room with Roll-in Shower-Mobility/Hearing Accessible

I booked using Priceline & it said I was booking a room with 2 Queen beds & a sofa bed, which was needed for me & family. We get to the hotel & the front desk said just that. We get to the room only to see there was only 2 Queen beds. I went down & let them know my concerns. Then I was told oh you booked with Tru, not Home 2 Suites which has what you need. I explained the group size I had so I have to change rooms. I was told to book another reservation so I can switch rooms with no problem, I even utilize the room for that one night since there wasn't any other rooms available that night. Well the next day, the same girl was at the desk, remembered the issue but was going to charge me for again  to hold the new room. I stopped her because I was already paying 700 for the original room (I was starting for a week) now I gotta pay even more & have to wait to get all my money back off of hold) no way. My sister even had to jump in because it made no sense to do all of that. We asked for the manager, we were told they weren't there. We asked for them to either be there or be called to fix the issue because we had plans to get to. After we got back, not only she wasn't there but we had to explain the matter so over again & this guy actually listened & call the manager or could have called for help but either way, our issue was heard & understood... he came up with a solution that didn't involve recharging my card as well as was able to switch rooms with no problem at all

Rented 2 rooms for family in town for softball tournament. First floor room was ok, poor lighting by the bed for reading. Just thought the bathroom was clean until I noticed long black hairs on the towels. None of us have black hair. There was some sort of mold on the dispenser for hair conditioner. No soap, only shampoo, conditioner & lotion. While we appreciate theses items, soap would have been nice. I had soap in my bag to use. The noise was ridiculous at night. Well past midnight there was a party going on in the lobby. I mentioned this at checkout, the man at the desk was very pleasant & said he was up late ”dealing with it”. Guess he didn't deal with it adequately. The 4th floor room had NO water pressure. They couldn't even take a shower. Breakfast was ok, lots of people in line. We went early & had no problem getting our food. I did note that no staff were cleaning tables after people ate. Pretty sure I wouldn't stay here again. We did enjoy the outdoor fire pit when there weren't people there smoking. This should be a non smoking property.

The location is perfect for the Air Force graduation. You can see SeaWorld from the hotel. It is clean, staff are very friendly. The breakfast is good and there are many choices. There's a n indoor pool and pool table to play. Laundry and gym are great too.
