La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk Reviews

It's in a strategic location just 5 mins walk to the riverwalk area. The hotel is quite old with a small wooden cupboard in the room. The parking is very expensive but I guess that's a normal rate within the area. For the price, it's still a good place to stay for it's location.

The hotel is very clean and convenient, close to the river walk and many restaurants. There are two malls nearby within a 10 min walk. I stayed here with my family and we had a great time Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel location was good as it was close to Riverwalk, the room was clean and the service was good. The parking lot was right in front so it was easy to get around.

This is an older hotel. It is very old. There is a smell in the room. The cleanliness is not good enough and needs to be cleaned up. You need to ask the hotel front desk for bottled water or buy it. If you care about cleanliness, don't book there.

The room was OK. The air conditioner was the type with a loud indoor unit. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom (or it was broken). The service staff did not speak English or Spanish (all foreigners and South Americans), but they were very enthusiastic. The breakfast was good. There was a touching old employee named Rudy who started serving at 4 am every day. The key often did not open the door lock 😅

The service is very user-friendly, and you can make waffles by yourself for breakfast! The old employees are very good, and they have been doing the same for more than ten years! Whether it is a business trip or a family trip, it is very good!
