Decent-sized room for a Business hotel, the central air conditioner was louder than average and not very powerful for hot weather. Good location (near Urawa station) and friendly staff.

This was my first time staying here, but it was very close to the station and the room was clean and nice! If you register as a member, you can extend your check-out time by one hour. You get a bottle of water and can use the amenities available only to members, so it's a great deal. The reception staff were very helpful and I had a great stay!

It was a smoking room so it smelled a bit like cigarettes, but other than that it was not particularly inconvenient. If possible, I would like a dresser? There was only one chair at the desk, so if it was a twin room I would like another chair.
