My stay at this hotel was horrible, I made the booking for my family based on the great experiences I've had before with the Wyndham hotels. Upon arrival we were given a room that had a very bad smell, my daughter went to wash her hands and the sink was clogged, there was a fruit sticker left on the front of the counter, my husband was able to remove the stopper at the sink, which was very dirty, we called the front desk and they sent someone to fix it, when I looked behind a chair in the room there were candy wrappers on the floor, we requested to move to a different room. The new room seemed to be cleaner, it was in the back of the property a little far from the front desk. We called the day of the checkout to request towels around 8am, just to be told we had to go get them from the front desk because there was no delivery until 10am, keep in mind checkout was at 11am. Also, the coffee machine had an old filter sitting in it.

First time in Saint Augustine with my wife and kids, and we decided to stay here after we saw the IHOP with the Days Inn, which we had never seen before. Wow, we just cannot say how happy we were with our stay here. Our room was 206, and it was very clean and extremely beautiful. The entire hotel, inside and outside, was very clean, and they have everything in the lobby, which was a very big plus. The young manager who worked there was very professional, and he treated us as if we were his own family members. He gave my kids candy and my wife and me hot coffee the next morning from the IHOP restaurant. After we came home, we received a very beautiful greeting card from the hotel management for staying at the hotel. We would rate this hotel 100 stars. Thank you Days Inn Hotel, for making our stay the best.
