Breakfast is a little later, at 9 o'clock, everyone will eat downstairs together. The boss prepares one portion, and one is staffed. It is very distinctive... GGuest UserIt was our first time staying at the Renaissance Historic Downtown Hotel. As we pulled in, we were Approached by the valet, who was very polite and kind. We walked into the lobby side door in immediately. There was a very pleasant and refreshing smell throughout the hotel. We immediately began to notice the decor which was very unique and impressive. As we approached the front desk to check in, the receptionist who was a young man, was very prompt and polite, and willing to share information about the area. As we went up to our room, we couldn’t help but notice the beautiful decor as well as how clean the environment was. I have been in the commercial cleaning business for over 30 years and pay attention to detail. As we opened our room, we were very impressed once again with how clean the room was and how nice the room was. To sum up this, my wife has put this on her list as her top favorite thus far and we have visited over 12 times. Thank you so much for making my wife’s 58th birthday. We had a wonderful experience

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Vilano Beach. It was a close walk to a beautiful, clean beach. We were told the pool wasn’t warm, but turned out it was! We skipped swimming because we weren’t aware until it was too late. The breakfast was great and well stocked. We paid a little extra for a balcony but the view wasn’t good. Don’t waste your money on a balcony. We paid for valet parking which ended up not being necessary. There is plenty of street parking. It was overall a clean hotel and very friendly staff.
