Nice and friendly staff. Have coffee machine with free capsules for guests. Room has a small open kitchen and is quiet but at a convenience location. Across the street, there are some cherry blossoms along the side street on both sides too.

Great experience staying at this place, easy, smooth and fuss free. The location was excellent, 5 min walk from the train and DLR stations and a short stroll to the vibrant Greenwich with all its attractions. We particularly appreciated the little kitchenette as we cook all our own meals. The bathroom was nice, spacious and warm. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay and would stay here again. Great value compared to what's available in London.

I had a lovely stay here. Location lil bit out of town (zone 2/3)but public transport is accessable. Greenwich is a nice neighbourhood too anyway. Hotel room is so clean, well equipped and most importantly 50-70% cheaper than hotel zone 1.

There was no housekeeping on the first day of stay. On the second day, they took the initiative to put up a cleaning sign. They only collected the garbage we packed. In the next three days, I only saw the cleaning in each room. Our room was not cleaned at all. We had to throw away the garbage ourselves. There was no hope of changing the bath towels. On the first night, we heard a constant buzzing sound outside the window. The air conditioner was not working. The next day, we contacted Ctrip to change the room. Ctrip actively contacted the hotel and said that we would change it after checking out the next day. However, we checked out after five days and it was not resolved. We fell asleep every day with the buzzing sound. The worst service. We decisively canceled the room and returned to London. The room booked for ten days in this hotel. In addition, the sink for washing dishes is too small to wash anything. The toilet is too low and it is easy to splash water when flushing. Make sure to cover the lid before flushing.

It was a long stay
It was a very satisfying stay. Good transport to Central London.
The staff are friendly too. Heating is also warm.
There are large marts, Greenwich Market, and Deptford Market nearby.
There is a pub with good food and a really lovely cafe in the residential complex. The Greenwich neighborhood is also very attractive.
