The room was a good size & we enjoyed the hot tub & the west facing balcony to drink wine & admire the sunset. The bed was a good size & comfortable. The shower gel ran out during our stay & wasn't filled up - it must have been super low when we arrived as we were only there for 3 nights. Rude, forceful & judgemental person on reception, which began our stay with an uncomfortable & inferior feeling. I would not stay again because of this experience.

The booking was for our honeymoon trip. The room was great and clean. But it wodth to notice that the reception closes at 7pm, please plan accordingly.

It's a good hotel, located right in the town center, a few blocks from restaurants, easy walk to a park with small hot springs , I liked everything except the view.

The room is not big but fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer and kitchen. The front desk closes early. If you arrive late, you need to contact the front desk in advance.

Generally speaking, although all the hotels booked during the self-driving trip around New Zealand may not be available in luxury hotels (after all, the population density is very low), basically all the hotel beds are very comfortable and clean, which is really important. During the day, we are basically outside either driving or hiking, so having a comfortable and clean bed when we rest really ensures our sleep quality. I was mentally prepared before arriving at the room every time, but in fact, every time it was a little bit beyond my expectations. Like the one I booked in Rotorua this time, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding and mattress were very comfortable, and there was an extra bed in the room. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has an oven, the bathroom has a washing machine, and it's very close to the busiest streets. Because the itinerary is very tight, I arrive at the hotel very late every time and leave very early, so the above conditions are considered satisfactory for self-driving travel👍👍

The hotel had a guest's credit card stolen and charged my room fee twice.

The room is big and nice, but it is quite troublesome to not let guests park in their own parking lot. There are many parking regulations outside and it is annoying to move around. There is no restaurant for breakfast, but fortunately it is not far nearby.

It is located in the middle of downtown Rotorua and is easily accessible.
