Very nice town German hotel, warm wooden furniture, facing the street but not noisy at night. Very clean, walking distance from the train station 🚉 800 meters. The restaurant is rich in variety, and it is within walking distance of various attractions in the town. It is a good choice to stay in Rotenberg on the upper reaches of the Taub River!

We used it for sightseeing in Rodenburg. It is a little far from the center, but it is close to the station, so it is recommended for those who take the early train. Upon arrival no one answered the door on either side of the street. We had no way to call the number posted. Fortunately kind guests helped to call as they were coming out the door and directed us to our room. No contact with hosts until breakfast the next morning. Breakfast was excellent.

When I booked the hotel, I remember that there was no breakfast. In fact, not only did it, but it was very good. The location of the hotel is very good, just on the edge of the downtown square, wherever you go. Rothenburg is small and beautiful, and the ancient city is well protected. The city wall is especially worth a walk. The train station is outside the old town and does not seem to see the bus going into the city. Take a taxi to the city center 6-7 Euros and walk for about 20 minutes.
