Very great location, Love bathtub, Car park not too far, Staff helpful

Staff is nice and friendly. The room is clean. Breakfast is okay. The bathroom is old but clean.

FO is not friendly. No smile at all. Location is ok, at the main plaza. Room design is not my favorite style.

The Hotel is exactly in the middle of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The house is like a castle with paintings on the wall. We had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant. We had the superior room with balcony and the view was awesome. Rothenburg is a very romantic city. We had a wonderful stay

The location is excellent, right next to the Christmas museum. Although the hotel room has a somewhat old-school vibe, the overall experience is very positive.

Location is very good. Next to the Christmas museum, closed to the main plaza. Easy to walk everywhere. The single room is a bit small but nice and cozy. No functional shower curtain. Soap dispenser doesnt work.

The hotel is very central, the design of the lobby is interesting, room had a big window but was a bit outdated, which is ok, as the house and the town are old too. We loved everything

Very good location in the city center, the town hall, pedestrian street, shops and restaurants are all on the same street as the hotel, very convenient. A hotel near the Municipal Square, very retro, with traditional keys and a heavy metal keychain~ The room is large and comfortable. Although it faces the street, it is not noisy at all~ It is very good, highly recommended~

It is located in the center of the old town, making it convenient for sightseeing. However, the town is paved with cobblestones, so moving a large carry-on was quite difficult. The hotel staff were very helpful and I was able to process the check-in smoothly. There were some minor issues, such as the door being hard to close, but the room seemed to have been renovated and was very clean. There was no air conditioning, and the balcony was connected to the next room, so security is important. We were given a room on the second floor (actually the third floor), and the view from the balcony was great. Having bread and coffee at the table outside was great. I didn't have breakfast this time, but I would definitely like to have it next time I visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

In the center of the town, there is a Christmas shop at the door. The hotel is relatively old. If you like, you can experience it. Self-driving is not recommended. Residents are not allowed to park overnight. You have to park outside the town. There are gravel roads in the town, so you have to drag your suitcase. Inconvenience.

The hotel is in an excellent location, next to the city hall and next to the Christmas Museum. The room with a balcony is quiet and quiet. The view outside the window is beautiful. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is good. The only shortcoming was that when I checked in at noon, the two waitresses at the front desk had a blunt and indifferent attitude and extremely poor communication skills. Later, an Asian male waiter showed a completely different friendly way and attitude when dealing with the same matter, and we ended up staying here for another night.
