Overall, my recent stay at this hotel was a positive experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to restaurants in walking distance for dining. Despite being so close to these amenities, the hotel itself remained peaceful and quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided by the hotel was basic but satisfying, with a decent selection of options to choose from. Airport shuttle and price was the main reasons I chose this hotel. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

Had a roach dead in the bathroom. Amd they charge to park in the premises. Im already paying to stay there so why should i pay to park my car.

The hotel has good front desk service and the rooms are large and clean. There is a shuttle bus from the airport every half an hour. The hotel breakfast is good. There are also some restaurants around. If you are catching an early flight at Chicago Airport, it is cost-effective.

The hotel should be newly renovated, very new. The room is large, the carpet is clean, the bathroom is white and bright, the breakfast is also acceptable, and there is a free shuttle to the airport.

The room is well soundproofed and the staff will take the initiative to clean the room every day, which is much better than hotels in California. In addition, the breakfast is served every three days and is quite rich. It is worth the money for this price and is worth recommending.
