TERRIBLE STAY!! I attempted to discuss these issues with the 2 male evening desk attendants and was told that the hotel was very full and nothing could be done!! I was initially given the wrong room and had to change; new room did not have bedding for sofa bed as well as empty shower amenities; plugged in hair dryer and fuse blew- no lights or electricity; bugs flying out of sink drains; AC could not keep room cool when set at lowest temp; we drove around the hotel lot- not a single spot available- asked attendant and was told they were full and to drive over to the La Quinta back lot-only spot available was on a back gravel area covered in trash, next to a boarded up vacant building with no lights or security cameras and walked back in the dark w/ 2 kids. Very unsafe. I asked if that is what the $40 private parking fee was….replied yes, we are full and was turned away by hotel desk; discussed with Hyatt customer service and was assured the hotel manager would contact me which never happened. $40 parking fee is a complete rip off as the spots are occupied by park and fly customers- NOT families staying at the hotel.

Hotel was good. Loved the shuttle from the airport. Before booking I called and asked if they had cribs available and they said yes. I booked the hotel well in advance, few weeks out. I asked to make sure I get one for our 15 month old. While booking the hotel I also requested a crib but when we arrived, after traveling for 18 hours, we were told no cribs were available. Very disappointed by that. Everything else was great.

The best place to stay if you’re attending a concert at the Allstate Arena. It’s just a short walk away from the venue and has a lot of stores close by.

It was a great stay, nearby the airport, and free shuttle :)

I had a little issue with the first room they gave me since it wasnt ready for new customer, but I went to front desk and they resolve the issue quickly.

Amazing staff and nice location (clearly). Terrible food, though.

The sanitation is very good. It is very close to the airport, but very quiet. It takes about 10 minutes to drive. There is also a hamburger shop next to it. The black guy is very confused. Hahahaha

The room number ending with 27 is very close to the highway and can be noisy. The breakfast includes oatmeal and scrambled eggs, coffee and hot tea. Very good.

The room is quite new, the bed is big, more comfortable than Holiday Inn. I just slept for a while because of the red-eye flight. The breakfast also met my needs

Facilities: Not bad Hygiene: Not bad Environment: Not bad Service: Very good, the front desk is very patient, coffee, tea, and hot water are provided free of charge. Breakfast is also good among American breakfasts.
