We arrived on Monday and it was raining at sea, but we could park at the door. It is easy to park next to the hotel, at least in May, which is when we went, there was always a place before or behind the hotel entrance, which is thankful if you have to carry several bags, etc ... We arrived before 14:00, the time to which check-in is supposed to be made, but we were allowed to enter the room with more than an hour in advance. The room was larger than expected, with kitchen and everything. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a good hotel for you to have a good hotel. The hotel's pool is very cool, with a bathroom and a child area and a quite large area for adults. It also has a pool air-conditioned with quite hot water that, although it is not a wonder, gives the slope quite well if you are taking fresher days like us. The hotel itself is beautiful, it is quite clean and the attention is very pleasant. Because also put a sleeve in the room, the beds are horrible. I think they made discounts in the fabric of the towels and put towels in the beds too. It is a quiet place and the staff were luxurious, always friendly and smiles. In addition, while in the reservation they said check-out is at 10 a.m., in the hotel they told us they really leave until 12:00, so they gave us more calm to prepare things. Surely in a place I recommend and where I will return if I have the opportunity.

This is not a 4* hotel. I’ve been in 3* better than this. The room was very nice as it had been refurbished as was the dining room.Be ware not all rooms have been refurbished. Unfortunately the food was not that good even though was able to find something to eat each day even if it was the same as the day before. Towards the end of our stay we heard the dining room staff say they were just using up the food they had. On 1/11/24 the hotel was over run with Spanish people for a Halloween show. These people took priority which wasn’t fair when we had paid a lot of money for the holiday. Also didn’t like it that dogs were allowed in when the Spanish people came. Ice cream ran out for the kids. The reception reminded us of being in cell block H prison. Very dark and dismal. Nothing outside the hotel for entertainment may be due to end of season. Was in a good position with a gate through onto the beach. Pool area ok but could do with more sun beds and new parasols. Pool very cold. We won’t be going again .? We couldn’t fault the staff as they all worked very hard.
