"I had such a great experience staying at Hue Hotels and Resorts El Nido. The location is super convenient, it’s close to everything! Restaurants, shops, and the starting points for island-hopping tours are all just a short walk or tricycle ride away, which made getting around really easy. The best part for me was the rooftop. The view from up there is stunning — you can see the dramatic limestone cliffs and surrounding greenery. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a day of island tours or to catch the sunset with a drink in hand. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, but still feels relaxed and welcoming. The staff were friendly and always happy to help, which made the stay even better. If you’re looking for a comfortable, accessible place to stay in El Nido with amazing views and a great location, Hue is a solid choice. I’d definitely come back."

"I truly regret that I stayed for only 1 night. Since I am a solo-traveller, I wanted to chill in Puerto Princesa. The hotel is super close to the airport, as you can say it is located within a walking distance, the hotel offered a comprementary transfer from/to the airport. The room was clean and spacious. I did not want to leave! It was an amazing experience to stay."

"Cleanliness: 9/10 The room was clean, nice, and tidy. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets smelled freshly laundered, and the floor and furniture were spotless. Cleanliness is highly maintained not just inside the room, but also in the hallways and other public areas. They do housekeeping every day, change the towels regularly, and always make sure your hygiene kit is fully stocked. The only issue I had was on my first day—the room wasn’t prepared according to my request, possibly due to an oversight. I had to be transferred to another room, and while it didn’t smell very pleasant at first, it was still clean overall. Location: 10/10 If you're looking for a peaceful place with a great view but still not too far from the city center, this is perfect! It’s not far from the airport and is surrounded by restaurants, drugstores are near, small stores for cheap things to buy, nearby malls, and groceries—but then the area isn’t crowded. It strikes a great balance between convenience and tranquility. Btw, if you are just travelling for leisure (DIY),renting a motor to go around is much cheaper than getting a tricycle Service: 10/10 I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days, traveling alone. The staff made me feel really comfortable and were always ready to help with anything I needed—from check-in to check-out. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Filipino hospitality was truly evident here (Im a Filipino). Special shoutout to the restaurant staff who served breakfast and other meals—they were always smiling, friendly, and attentive. Amenities: 10/10 Everything was in excellent condition and worked perfectly. I especially appreciated the free airport shuttle—it was very helpful and convenient. Since I was also attending to some paperwork during my stay, I was happy to be able to relax and enjoy the amenities in between. Definitely worth the price. I’ll surely come back!"

"the food served were delicious, the place is nice . its just that theres no slippers available inside the room but the staff shes kind enough to lend hers. Theres a lot of mosquitos inside the room i could not sleep because i worry about getting dengue. the headboard is dusty. good thing their staff were really nice i hope theyll improve more esp the aspect of mosquitos getting inside the room"

"Perfect welcome and the gentleman at the reception helped me a lot with a taxi who wanted to rip me off, telling me you'll see, we'll ask the receptionist and that it's the real price only he himself was in shock at the amount for a trip 4 minutes yes really 4 minutes by car as it was the middle of the night and I didn't know the place only I knew very well that he was lying. The receptionist and him spoke to each other in their language and told her that it was not correct. The hotel was magnificent with its garden even though it rained a lot. I met 3 cats from the hotel. Thanks to him for the help anyway :)"

"We stayed here in 2019 and really enjoyed it this visit however was far from ideal, breakfast was basic with an extra 220 pps, the previous roof bar now closed, the pool was ok and the room was fair, the staff overall were good there was just a lack of care compared to what we received on our last visit. When it rained the covered roof area became flooded and dangerous it’s a great shame as this used to be a very enjoyable visit. Cost has doubled but quality and service has dropped. There is a good view of Puerto Princesa from the roof terrace but tricky steps to reach it. We won’t be staying again"

The location is a major advantage, being right in front of the mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The staff were generally nice and accommodating, though I found the waiter at the restaurant to be a bit shy. He seemed to lack communication skills, as he didn’t greet customers or smile, which detracted from the overall experience. I think he could benefit from some additional training in customer service. As for the food, while it was fine, I felt that the prices were a bit steep considering the typical quality and serving sizes. In summary, while it's not a luxury hotel, it provides a decent stay with comfortable accommodations and a good location. It just needs a few improvements in cleanliness, ambiance, and service training to enhance the guest experience. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of receiving pens upon checkout :)"
