"The hotel's guest services called a day in advance to ask about our estimated arrival time, if there were any elderly guests, and any special needs. It's clear the hotel really values guests' requirements. 👍🏼 The hotel environment is excellent, with good greenery, and staff are always maintaining it. Plus, every corner of the hotel is super photogenic! 😆 The front desk staff quickly processed our check-in and even upgraded our room for free! 👍🏼 They also explained all the important details clearly. 😎 The room was clean and tidy, with a great wet/dry separation and an amazing ambiance. I have to say, both the hotel's interior and the rooms are incredibly picturesque! 😛 The hotel breakfast offered both Western options and Yunnan's special rice noodles, and it was consistently good every morning. 😊 All the hotel staff were very friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. 👍🏼 From the environment, cleanliness, facilities, to the service, my family and I were extremely satisfied. Choosing the MGallery was definitely a wise decision! 🌹🌹🌹"

"The room is very fresh, and the view from the balcony is open and beautiful. I took a hot spring bath in the afternoon. The water temperature was very good. It was very relaxing to soak in. I felt very relaxed after soaking. The facilities were clean and hygienic. I went for a walk by the lake in the evening and came back. I lay on the bed and the quilt was very soft and comfortable. I fell asleep immediately. Not bad 😄"

"The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. You can slowly experience the peace and comfort of Mile on foot, without feeling rushed. The room is super spacious, making for a very relaxing stay, and the amenities are complete, with both a swimming pool and a private hot spring. A soak truly soothes your whole body. The biggest bonus is the service. The front desk lady was exceptionally kind and even thoughtfully prepared a local travel guide for us, which was very considerate. Both the facilities and the service are top-notch, and it offers great value for money. Staying here in Mile was truly comfortable, and I will definitely come again."

"The closet light in my room was broken, and for a family suite, they only provided one tissue box. To top it off, the front desk staff lectured me about scanning a QR code just to get something, which was a terrible experience. While the service seemed enthusiastic, it was completely insincere. I gave them my shoe size, yet they still gave me two pairs that were too small. They promised to help with luggage, but when I checked out, the staff were just chatting among themselves. When I called the front desk after realizing I left something behind, their attitude was perfunctory and cold – even a Hanting Hotel would have better service. The breakfast offered many options, but it was so crowded, noisy, and chaotic, it felt more like a wet market than a hotel restaurant. The hotel's exterior looks fine, but the interior facilities are old and outdated, completely lacking any modern feel. If you're coming specifically for the hot springs, there's absolutely no need to stay here. The prices are ridiculously high, and the service and amenities don't live up to them at all. It's extremely poor value for money; you're just paying for a bad time."

"The room was very spacious and comfortable, with all amenities provided. The staff were very welcoming, and the hot spring bath was very relaxing, allowing us to wash away our travel fatigue. After soaking in the hot spring in the evening, the room was thoughtfully equipped with white fungus soup. Mineral water and fruit were always available in the hot spring area for guests to help themselves! The breakfast selection was very extensive, combining Chinese and Western dishes, with a good mix of meat and vegetables, catering to different tastes and age groups! Overall, this was a very cost-effective accommodation experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Mile!"

To be honest, I think it is okay to get such a room during the May Day holiday. After all, it is a national chain hotel. What I think is not right is that the hot spring water has a strong disinfectant smell. If the hot spring and swimming pool are open during normal times, it is still worth it."

"Definitely worth the five-star recommended Maitreya Resort Treasure Hotel! The stay at the end of January 2026 far exceeded expectations, and it ended our winter holiday perfectly. The hotel is located on the middle of the mountain in Maitreya, the environment is quiet, the window is full of greenery, and the air is particularly fresh. What surprised us was that the balcony of the room had a wide view. A few minutes walk to the beautiful Lake Spring Ecological Park Lakeside, run along the lake in the morning, stroll in the evening to enjoy the sunset, and have a panoramic view of the lakes and mountains of Maitreya. It is very pleasant. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around, and life is very convenient. Service must give full praise! From check-in to check-out, every employee is warm and thoughtful and responds quickly. The boss is even more kind and friendly. Not only did he quickly help us check in, but also introduced the local hot spring characteristics, must-try food (such as braised chicken rice noodles) and play routes in detail. This intimate butler service makes us feel warm. The facilities are impressive. The rooms are modern and spacious, with reasonable layout and high bedding comfort. The independent indoor pool is the biggest surprise in winter, dispelling the cold, and smart devices also make the stay experience more convenient. The public pool and hot spring pool on site are clean and comfortable, perfect for families with children. The overall health is impeccable, the room is clean and bright, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. Toiletries are selected with high-end fragrance brands, and the details show the quality. The breakfast choice is rich, especially the authentic Maitreya-style braised chicken rice noodles, the soup is tender, let us eat for two days. If you plan to come to Maitreya for a relaxing holiday, this is definitely the ideal choice. We have recommended it to friends and relatives and look forward to seeing you next time!
