"I set off from Chengdu on the weekend and wanted to find a place to relax. I occasionally found this homestay and came to try it. It is located in the countryside, with rape blossoms golden and yellow, breeze blowing, and Tian Chou is like poetry. This homestay is hidden in the quiet, the courtyard is independent, the white walls and tiles are like a clear border outside the world. In the courtyard, the bonfire creaks, and the warmth and tranquility are intertwined between movement and quietness. Although the rooftop swimming pool is silent in winter, the coolness of summer and the shadow of the distant mountains are already in my heart. A puppet cat leisurely in the courtyard, docile relatives. Three meals can be enjoyed in the courtyard, the soup pot is delicious, home-cooked dishes, rich and pleasant. The room is warmed, and the roof is still cold when listening to the rain in the house by the window. If you are tired of the hustle and bustle, come here to live, listen to the wind, look at the clouds, make tea, peace of mind, float for half a day, wandering between the pastoral, heart moving with the wind, forgetting the troubles of the world."

"We spent 5 unforgettable nights at Hegu Harmony Valley Retreat in Dujiangyan, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. People: The team here is simply amazing — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They provide such a high level of hospitality, always noticing and responding to every need with kindness. Food: Every meal was a delight. From the fresh breakfasts to beautifully crafted dinners, the chef truly has golden hands. The menu combines taste, health, and creativity — each dish felt like a small masterpiece. Rooms: Our room was spotless, cosy, and full of thoughtful details. The design reflects nature and harmony — from decorations to layout — creating a relaxing, beautiful atmosphere. Activities: The daily program is fantastic. We enjoyed light morning exercises, deep meditation sessions, and even had the chance to try calligraphy. My wife also joined some paid artistic mini-workshops and brought back unique handcrafted souvenirs for her friends — such a special experience! Location: The resort has the perfect setting. It is close to the Giant Panda Garden, Jiezi Ancient Town, and Mount Qingcheng, yet the atmosphere is completely peaceful. Surrounded by birdsong, cicadas, and trees, we breathed fresh air every day. The gardens inside the resort are stunning, with many lovely spots for photos and videos. Overall, Hegu Harmony Valley Retreat is a place where hospitality, nature, and culture come together. We left with our hearts full, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone visiting Dujiangyan."

"## Location The hotel boasts a prime location, just 1.5 km from the Dujiangyan-Qingcheng Mountain exit of the Duna Expressway. It serves as an excellent stopover point for travelers heading to scenic areas from Chengdu to Lixian, and what's more, it's adjacent to three major attractions: Qingcheng Mountain, Dujiangyan, and the Panda Valley. This makes its transportation incredibly convenient. ## Service The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Staff guided us to the underground parking even before check-in and proactively helped with our luggage. The two male front desk staff members were incredibly warm, welcoming, and meticulous. The breakfast staff were equally friendly and even offered directions for our onward journey. ## Accommodation We booked a family room, which was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully divided into inner and outer sections. It even came equipped with a play tent for the kids, which was a huge hit! These thoughtful touches truly elevated the experience and made the children extremely happy. ## Price The price point is moderate, and I personally feel it offers excellent value for money. ## Drawbacks However, there were a couple of minor downsides. The curtain on the north side of our room was quite sheer, and since there's a walkable corridor directly opposite, our privacy felt a bit compromised. Also, while the breakfast was hygienic and aesthetically pleasing, the selection of items was rather limited. ## Overall Despite these minor points, it was a truly enjoyable stay."

"This hotel is nestled right in the heart of the ancient town. The ground floor restaurant is fantastic; I highly recommend their Ginkgo Stewed Chicken, Cured Meat Platter, and Fermented Black Bean Fish – they were all incredibly delicious! Our room was on the second floor. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and they even provided a lovely complimentary bedtime dessert. Breakfast was also very extensive. A definite highlight was the private hot spring tub in our room, which our kids absolutely loved! Highly recommended."

"Facilities: The room is large and beautifully decorated, with all kinds of sanitary ware. Hygiene: Very clean. When we came, there was still a little moisture on the floor after mopping, which proved that the cleaning lady was still very diligent. Environment: In a small village in the city, the environment is very quiet. Looking out the window is a bamboo forest, and you can also hear the chirping of insects and birds. It feels like living in a room like this makes people feel much better. Service: Although it is a B&B, it is very comfortable to live in. In order to make everyone feel at ease, there are access cards and so on, so safety is guaranteed. If I come to Dujiangyan next time, I think I will stay here again."

They offer three complimentary sessions daily: morning exercises led by a therapist, afternoon yoga, and evening aqua therapy – absolutely fantastic! On weekends, they also host children's craft activities. Plus, booking a stay automatically includes complimentary hot spring tickets, with over 20 different pools to enjoy. The hallway near the breakfast restaurant has a lovely artistic ambiance. A thoughtful touch in the room is the collapsible clothes drying rack."

"I am very satisfied with the B&B. The environment is very good. The lawns and plants are well maintained. The lawns are all fluffy. The hydrangeas and roses are blooming beautifully. Parking is convenient. The service is not to mention. The swimming pool was newly replaced when I came in the morning. Water, came in advance and helped us coordinate our check-in. The ktv is very popular and is very suitable for a group of friends to play."

"This was not a fun trip for us. My father's health was worsened during his tour to China and got him hospitalized at Dujiangyan People's Hospital. My sister and I had to go to Dujiangyan to take care of him. Most of the time we booked the hotel only to sleep and took a bath in turn as one of us need to accompanied him at the hospital. However, Crowne Plaza Dujiangyan had been great, all the staffs are very attentive and willing to help us. I would like to commend Mark Liu as he helped us a lot. From making sure the car went inside the lobby so my father did not need to walk far, adding extra breakfast for us to helped us print some documents for hospital's need. The room service lady was also very sweet to us. The room we stayed was awesome, clean and spacious. However the room was a tad too warm for my liking. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dujiangyan."
