A wonderful family hotel, beyond all praise. It’s a shame that one thing overshadows it: there’s a shelf above the small sink, which makes it impossible to wash your face, and there’s no tap in the shower either, so it’s impossible to wash your face anywhere

We were lucky enough to live in the best room. Because it is an extra bed, the space is slightly crowded, but the hotel in this location should be worth the price, but the room is not sunny, the window is facing a sanitary condition. Too good a few faces. The location is very good, the breakfast is especially good, the service is not bad. It was the last night that a few black laps of hair were found on the quilt. I felt that the quilt was sorted on the ground. The most terrible thing was that my husband found nails on the towel, so he suspected that the merchant would not change the towel. I think that I use dry bath towels every day, so I definitely changed it, but it is really hard to say how this towel is sorted out.

Beautiful location, everything went well, quick settlement, in the room there is a teapot and sugar(tea is not so it is better to take with you) towels and a set for the bath is, very strategic location in the minute availability of the Piazza of the Poppolo and Villa Borgese, from the downside only strong hearing, who can't sleep under the noise of the tram, will be heavy

The room is not very big, in an old building with modern decoration, located in the bustling Corso Avenue, close to the Spanish Square, and very convenient to go anywhere. The soundproofing effect is good when the windows are closed at night, and the air conditioning is powerful, but it's a pity that the water in the shower room is not very good. The staff is very friendly and will actively provide help.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed one night and booked last minute. They held our luggage in the morning while we explored the area and went for breakfast.
The bed was comfortable, spacious and clean and the room is spacious with high ceilings.
There is a bar and restaurant a minutes walk away that is reasonably priced. We got a bottle of Prosecco for €20.
There is also 2 very popular bakery’s a 5 minute walk away. Great for breakfast, we spent around €5 per person.
It cost €14 to get a taxi to centre and 15 mins during Saturday morning traffic (10am}.
If you’ve traveled around Asia the rooms will seem very poor. I get the aesthetic is partly to keep with “Old Rome” but there were basics that didn’t look maintained such as pipe from toilet fixture leaking and the shower basin not draining.
There is also only 2 plug sockets in the room, 1 by the bed the other by the radiator.
The walls are very thin so bring ear plugs as you’ll hear peoples alarms go off and bin collection in the morning.
If you’re traveling on a budget I think it’s a nice stay you’ll just have to factor in travel costs to and from the centre or rent a scooter.

It's a fast chain hotel.
The good points of this hotel: the location is very good, the train station and various attractions are within walking distance. I booked this hotel on the spur of the moment to catch a flight, which is very convenient.
The front desk is very enthusiastic, and there is a grandfather who is very nice. I went to catch the train at 5 am. Since the elevator 🛗 is a manual one, if there is a floor that is not closed, the elevator will be useless. The grandfather personally helped me lift the suitcase to the first floor!
The price-performance ratio is too high! It is the cheapest hotel I stayed in during this trip to Europe.
If you want to experience living in a beautiful old house in Rome, this is a very good hotel

XXIAOLANThe hotel is newly renovated, very clean, booked triple room, is a large bed, there is a sofa bed, the sofa bed is paved. Mini bar food and refrigerator drinks (Coke, Sprite, Orange Juice, Soda, 2 bottles of mineral water) are free, but they are no longer added after use. The breakfast was great and very rich. There is an open-air bar on the top floor, which is open at night. You can sit down and chat without a drink. The hotel is ideally located for all of Rome’s sights.

GGuest UserStaff was very friendly and helpful. Kept our luggage for us. Breakfast was good! Scrambled eggs were superb, good bacon and European cold cuts. Room a little small and AC was a little slow to cool us down due to sun exposure. We were on the first floor a bit exposed, wish we had been higher. Train station, subway station and all services right across the street. A good place to spend a little time as a tourist in Rome.

IItsKennyThe hotel was overall clean and well-maintained. Its central location is a big plus, as it's close to the historic city and within walking distance of Termini train and metro station. There are plenty of nearby spots to grab something to eat, which is convenient. Breakfast was simple but well-organized, and the staff kept it well-stocked throughout the morning. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
One downside of the room was that there was only one power outlet, which I found surprising for a double room. I would expect at least two outlets in such a setup. Another letdown was the advertised laundry room, which unfortunately didn’t exist during my stay.
Overall, it was a good experience, but I personally expected a bit more from a four-star hotel.

MMikeJMJonesI was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The area might be a tiny bit dodgy at night... but you can still safely buy some pizza and supplies. It's well lit and busy... the hotel itself could not be better positioned for the train station entrance (10 meters)! Breakfast was fantastic! The rooms were decent. I would definitely stay again if I had an early train or was arriving late one night into the station.

Because the surrounding areas are residential areas, it feels that prices are much cheaper than scenic spots. The bed at Best Western is still very comfortable, but the Italian double bed is composed of two beds. If there are children sleeping, it is better to make a large bed.
