My second stay at UVisionary, the first time was in January.
I did have a problem with this fridge which wasn't cooling and the tv remote not working but it was fixed very quickly. There we no wine glasses in my room.
Everyone was lovely and I will stay again, the location is the best.

酒店位置很好，羅馬市中心，步行去羅馬的景點很方便，旁邊就是羅馬最大的購物商場。周圍很安全。酒店服務很周到，主動，相當滿意。房間不算大，夠用，衞生間乾濕分離，浴室很大，水很沖。酒店是現代範兒設計，特別是燈光，都是點式發光，房間色調黑色的，比較暗，年輕人可能比較喜歡，但我這個年齡不太習慣。房間空調聲音大。酒店餐廳環境很好，早餐特別好，甜點超讚。

We took our time choosing a hotel for our 3 night stay in Rome. Uvisionary proved to be perfect. A very well appointed hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It is ideally situated for getting to all the main sites on foot. Our room looked out onto a busy street but you could barely hear anything. The breakfasts were excellent and we enjoyed using the roof terrace.

This is a fantastic hotel. In order: the staff are brilliant (Federico was superbly helpful and recommended some great restaurants); the rooms are fabulous; the food and facilities are first rate too. To cap it all the location is in the very centre of things, equidistant from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps. The hotel is small enough to make every guest feel special but large enough to provide everything for an enjoyable and memorable stay.

Beautiful Hotel. Right in the center. Very nice and respectful staff. Rooms are clean and tasteful. Breakfast which was included is very delicious. Lots of nice choices. Enjoying every minute of our stay here. Would definitely stay again.
