The recently renovated ApartHotelColombo is perfect for those who are in Rome for work in the Colombo/Ostiense ring road/Garbatella area. The rooms are all very large (even the standard ones), very quiet, with very comfortable beds, very functional, bright, with giant smart TV, courtesy water, coffee machine with pods, wooden floor, very large bathroom and shower, temperature perfect. The breakfast was good and plentiful, the girls at the reception (especially Maria) were very kind, smiling and always available to help you. The rates are high, but if you are there for work reasons and you guarantee a fixed presence for a certain amount. period you can agree on very competitive prices! The only flaw is the cleanliness of the room and the condition of the towels, which for a 4-star hotel could/should be much better. Until next time!
The guy at the reception was very kind, the rooms are dated but that doesn't matter, the terrace was equipped with two chairs but not a table, I'm sorry but the cleaning of the room doesn't even exceed the sufficiency, the breakfast is not bad, but not Definitely worthy of a 4-star rating, overall the value for money is not bad.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the luxurious and modernly designed room. The spa and swimming pool services, while at an additional cost, were absolutely worth it for the relaxing experience they provided. The fine dining restaurant exceeded our expectations, offering impeccable service and top-quality dishes for dinner, alongside a diverse and delicious buffet breakfast selection. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for us. The only downside is the location; there isn't much to see or explore within walking distance of the hotel. To visit nearby shopping centres or attractions, you’ll need to take a taxi.
We stayed here for 5 nights and had a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping was friendly and always left the room spotless. Reception was always friendly and helpful. I personally wouldn’t rate this as a 5 star hotel upon reflection as the room service breakfast was not 5 star quality. It was very nice, but the menu is limited and printed off and laminated for you to read and take a photo of. For 10 euros each per person, I personally would next time not book breakfast and travel out of the hotel to eat breakfast. You are charged to use the kitchen facilities which we didn’t need to use, but surprised to see in a 5 star hotel. The rooftop bar was closed which is a shame and one of the big reasons I booked this hotel, so that was a let down. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Piramide Metro Station and we utilised the Metro a lot during our stay. The hotel is far from the centre and would cost substantially more to get taxis or if you were to walk, it would consume a chunk of your day. The hotel was lovely but just didn’t wow me as a 5 star hotel. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet out of the centre, then it would be great for you. For us, upon reflection and now knowing the city, staying somewhere more central would’ve suited us better which is not the hotels fault whatsoever.
We stayed here for our first ever trip to Rome. We chose it because of the proximity of public transport, (there is a bus stop right outside and a 3 minute walk to the Metro). The hotel allowed us to check in early as our flight arrived early. We had asked for a nice room with a view as we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. We were in room 506. The view from the room was Ok, we could see the mountains in the distance but there were also some suburban views. The Hotel gave us a bottle of local Prosecco in the room which was a lovely touch. We dined in the hotel and the food was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable with a good size en-suite. The surrounding area is a bit suburban, but that did not matter to us, the public transport access was more important to us, from the hotel to the Collesseo stop was around 18 minutes. Good helpful staff, good food in the restaurant very easy access to the city centre. recommended
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing, they had not only helped me when I ran into some booking issues, but they also were very helpful in regards to giving us tips and advice when it came to the trip, and generally gave us a very welcoming stay during out first leg in Italy. As for the rooms they are very comfortable, and well taken care of, yes the rooms are close to the train lines but the windows are have 3 different layers to help block out the sound which makes it much less disturbing. Additionally the neighborhood is friendly with many local restaurants I would highly recommend having one night of dinner in the hotel area. I would definitely go again, thank you Crossroad staff for such a wonderful and welcoming stay. PS. I initially had a bit of worry on their self check in process due to my own anxiety and the fact that we arrive at 2am but it was extremely smooth and easy!
This hotel is really top! Location is close to everything, train/metro, shops, bars, restaurants. Super location! The hotel itself is extremely neat and clean. The staff are wonderful and helpful (especially, Silvia from the dining area!) Everything you need in one stay, surrounded by a super friendly staff. I truly have zero complaints. I highly recommend and will come again!!! Thank you Abitart & Silvia!
We returned to Rome for a couple of days, to be able to decide on a hotel for a group next year 2025. I have been to this hotel 4 times over twice with the new management. I can say that you really get an excellent service unfortunately this time I did not stop for dinner, also because I was a guest in another structure, I am happy that the same staff who serve breakfast is the same (truly professional and very kind) they remember the customers. Excellent breakfast. I would also give more stars thank you very much for everything you do for your customers.
Хорошее место. Хозяин вошёл в положение и смог организовать поздний заезд!

Outstanding
Rrobertrjs32We arrived in Rome for 2 nights in October and then for another night prior to the end of our trip. J24 not only met but exceeded our expectations. Not only does it meet the minimum requirements, a comfortable and clean room, but also a generous host who does everything he can to ensure your stay is a great one. Everything in the room is modern and efficient. Great bed, shower, bathroom, A/C, spacious, and very quiet. Water is provided each day and there are sodas, beers, and teas available on demand for a reasonable price (same as the markets). Turn over service is also done each day, if desired. There's available Netflix and streaming options as well, though we didn't make use of it but it's a great option for those who desire it. The breakfasts were wonderful. Each day Davide made us scrambled eggs to go along with the selection of meats, cheeses, pastries, amazing cakes, coffee, and juice. We ate too much cake. But that's on us, not him! Davide even held our large luggage for 3 nights while we went down to Sorrento. This made our travel so much easier and it was a service I would have been willing to pay for but he did it for free. When we needed to have our clothed washed after my prior plans for this fell through, he recommended a place nearby that took care of it for us. He even provided maps of Rome and the area the B&B was located, which were very useful. The only potential negative is the location being further outside the city center. But honestly, this could also be seen as a positive as there's less foot traffic and it's much quieter. We prefer staying a bit outside the city centers. A bus stops right outside the corner and the metro is only a 10 minute walk away, so it's not in an inconvenient location. Davide was such a wonderful host and made you feel at home in his B&B. We didn't have any issues, but we know if we had one, he would have taken care of it right away. You really wish all hosts were as gracious as he is. I know if I ever find myself in Rome again, I'm staying at J24.
The hotel is located in the heart of Rome, closely to the most important places to visit. Very clean and the owner was very nice. We had very clean sheets and towels and we felt like home. I have already been twice in this hotel and for sure I will chose them for my next trip in Rome.
